Positive experience at Mador - I had already heard from an acquaintance that Mador were definitely the best to book this tour. And it was! Everything is very well organized and you certainly get the time to see everything as if you were going to watch alone. The guide who was with (Andy:)) could speak English very well and was very nice and helpful. In addition to this tour they were also very helpful in booking my bus to Bali and find nice dining places near malang. Thank you for everything!

Bromo tour - Super cool tour. Well arranged and everything went smoothly. This is arranged through Hostel Mador. Hostel is also highly recommended if you want to find a good place.

An amazing day - It was a great experience. Unfortunately with the rains of the previous day, the clouds were very present. Nevertheless, we had a view of Mount Semeru and the colors of the sunrise were beautiful. Then no clouds around Bromo and Batok volcanoes when we went down into the caldiera. That was great! Our driver was fine and nothing to say about the organization.:)

10/10 experience - Absolutely epic! The jeep ride was like mad max and we ended up getting lucky with a great clear sunrise and perfect weather. Its not that cold up there, just a coat needed and pants. Mador did a great job organizing

Just wauw! - The bromo tour was amazing! So well organized and just wauw. The views are amazing, they definitely know the good spots and are very helpful. We took so many pictures because we were flabbergasted by the views. Our driver and the tour guide Andy where both so wonderfull and sweet! My friend had troubles with climbing the mount bromo and the tour guide Andy was so determined to help her and get her on top and enjoy it to the fullest. It was the sweetest and most genuine thing ever.

top experience, even when the weather was not in our fortune - Unfortunately we could not see the sunrise because of heavy fog in the rain season. Nevertheless, our guide tried to make the best of it and tried everything to make the experience for us better. He was very friendly, funny and had very interesting stories to tell.

The sunrise, reaching the crater of the volcano, everything, absolutely everything, was wonderful - It really was a wonderful experience, we also had a spectacular time, clear skies, which allowed us to enjoy the sunrise and lis volcanoes. Besides both the driver and our guide, there are no words to rate them.....excellent!!!!!

Highlight of Java - This was a brilliantly organised trip that was seamless! Everything flowed well and we had enough time to watch sunrise (sadly didn’t see it due to the weather) and then climb bromo, and the guide/driver made sure to take lots of pictures of us! We were not rushed at all and it was a highlight of my trip to Java!

Good in general but don’t do the sunrise tour - It was an amazing experience to see the volcano! However I would highly recommend to not book a sunrise tour. We woke up around 1 am (which was way too early, we had to wait 5 hours in the freezing cold because the view was so bad) It was not a pleasant experience, the organisation was really bad and most of the time we didn’t know for how long we have to wait. I would highly recommend to book a tour where you get to the volcano around 7am, so you don’t have to wait 5 hours in the cold. However all in all, the experience was nice and I would recommend doing it in general.
