Excellent Experience with Hujjaj Umrah Taxi! - Hujjaj Umrah Taxi made our experience for 13 travellers from Jeddah to Mecca, Mecca to Madinah, a 2 hour Madinah tour. back to Madinah airport seamless. They were always responsive on WhatsApp, always on time, very budget friendly, and the drivers were so friendly and humble. They were always willing to accommodate last minute changes/requests if possible and went out of their way to make our travel experience pleasant. The 2 hour Madinah tour with our children was a memorable experience as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for an easy, hassle free transportation option for your Umrah/Hajj trips. I plan to share their details with anyone I know travelling in that region. It’s hard to come across a company that checks all the boxes for high quality service at a reasonable price and they definitely exceeded all our expectations. Excellent service - We travelled with family including two elderly. We got in touch with the team before we travelled from the UK through email stating our requirements. The response was always prompt. The rates were reasonable and we got a discount as well since we took a return trip between Makkah and Medina. We had also booked a local tour of Medina. We paid a small amount advance to confirm the booking. The three trips were comfortable and uneventful. The drivers were well experienced and courteous. Communication was seamless through watsapp even though we did not have a local sim in Saudi. We were notified of the driver and taxi number before the day of travel. We had booked a 7 seater but always got a bigger 10 seater van which was comfortable.I would recommend their service to anyone planning their umrah trip for travel between Makkah and Medina.

Very impressed with the service of this company! - Very happy with service . Allhumduliah they gave very good service and very nice drivers and there was good communication with the business. So we were not ripped off once. Inshallah when we come next we will use them again. We were a bit scared as there weren’t many reviews but allhumduliah we are happy we ended up going with them. I would recommend booking with them especially if your a big family . Also all trips were air conditioned one of the main factors we looked for.
