Excellent service and quality. Recommended 100% - The attention is spectacular in all areas, the quality of the wines is already recognized and is excellent, the Gourmet food, very good! Very nice atmosphere. The lovely story!

Excellent! thank you very much 🙂 - They give you between 1 and 3 glasses in the cellars. In the seventh they gave us only 1 drink. We visit Casa Vigil , Bodega Don Arturo , Bodega Septima and Bodega Norton. Roberto the very friendly driver. Recommended.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - In the end we didn’t go, we decided to go to a smaller, more familiar winery. We decided because there they offered à la carte menu. But casa vigil is highly recommended!!

Good Vibes ☺️ - The best price/quality ratio in this service , we performed the tour Thursday santos so Casa Vigil was not available and its replacement was Bodega Trapiche , amazing! Very grateful to coordinator Nico and transport driver Roberto, we had a wonderful autumn day. The wineries we visited were Trapiche Norton Seventh Lopez

I recommend asking why they added things we had to pay for - They didn't look 2 hours before, and the end of the tour takes us to eat at another farm that doesn't say here and also have reservation made without prior notice and you have to pay 60 Lucas per head, which nobody warns you either. The most expensive excursion in the world

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Very poor attention and willingness on the part of Nicolas who communicated with us to coordinate the guided tour the day before the date we hired. In the communication he told us that at 9 am they wanted us to be 9:30 AM on the spot and sends us a ticket that was not ours, with other times and data. We confirmed regardless of the schedule (we thought it was) we had hired. When we checked our ticket we saw that we bought at 11 not 9. When we realized we confirmed the wrong schedule, we contacted him (we called him and he didn’t answer). When he answered us, he insisted that it happened at 9:00 as we had coordinated. We try to negotiate a new schedule so we don't lose the day or the silver. At 10 o’clock we are wanted, we are taken to a first winery called Don Arturo (one hour visit), a winery that was not included in the tour. When we complained because it wasn’t fulfilled, Nicolas didn’t clarify what we were telling him about what he was offering us to what we bought. When we arrive at the second Casa Vigil winery (very nice winery), it tells us that the tour will end in that winery that will take us back to the hotel. All this without our consent or negotiating with us another winery or agreement. We told him that we were very unhappy with his care and service and faced with "disrespect" for claiming what we had paid, Nicolas proceeds to block me. He wouldn't let us express ourselves or give us the money back. Lousy service, I would never hire again if this is the first time visiting the province.
