At the end of your tour, if you like to stay a while to enjoy the beach club we have for you, an excellent place with all the services, the only thing you pay for is the food and drinks, if your decision is to return to the port there will be public transportation to take easily

To get off the cruise there are options: The safest way to get there is by taxi, you take the taxi leaving the port and you will give the address to the driver who will take you directly to us. If you need transportation included, it has an extra cost! You must notify us 1 day before!

Very professional and successful snorkel trip! - Highly recommend La Diosa Del Mar for Costa Maya/ Mahahual excursion! Upon arrival, we were promptly escorted to the boat. They explained what to expect including to stay with the guide in the water. The guide swam with a rope and lifesaver ring attached to him and was kind enough to let my 8 year old son hold onto it for the entire time. He made sure to point out anything interesting for us to look at!and took plenty of photos with their GoPro. He even helped me to hold a starfish that was very mobile and snapped a few pics of it. When we got back in the boat, I expressed that I wish she saw a sea turtle. They then asked other guides in the area if they had seen any until we found one, and I got back in the water to see it! I was worried when booking that I would want it to last more than 1 hour in the water, but it was plenty of time. We will be returning customers if we visit the area again!

Awesome - They were very accommodating. Was a great family experience for all of us. We got to see plenty of the sea life. Beautiful. We wanted to do the massages too but didn’t quite have enough time. Everyone was so very nice.

An incredible moment - Diving was great. Jesus guided us perfectly, to the turtles!
The fish, the corals were beautiful.
Very available and patient, Jesus made this moment perfect.
I have not yet received the photos and videos of the dive.

Had a great time... - Had a great time snorkeling! We had a group of six, ranging from 10 to 75 years old, and the guides did a nice job keeping everyone safe. We managed to see some rays, turtles, and lots of fish.

Boat Captain and Snorkel Guide went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! I would 100% recommend! - This was a very fun snorkeling adventure. Our guide worked very hard to find lots of great sea creatures for us to see even though the waters were a little rough and a little bit cloudy we saw a lot of fun sea life and had a fabulous time! You will take a taxi to the area where you get on the boat. The area is a true Costa Maya feel. I believe it is there downtown. You will be able to eat, shop and get some souvenirs in that area.

Great service and fun times - The morning of I received a call to give further instructions on where I needed to be. When we arrived early, they took us to a place sit with WiFi and servers. We then went on the snorkeling tour. I saw a stingray, a few coral reefs, & some turtle from the boat - but that was because I was worn out from the water and got back into the boat! Customer service was spot on as well as everything else!

Absolutely loved our snorkeling tour in Costa Maya! - Absolutely loved our snorkeling tour in Costa Maya! Despite the windy day and less-than-clear water, the owner was upfront about our chances of seeing turtles (50–70%) and even offered a refund. We chose to go—and we’re so glad we did! We saw 2 huge sea turtles—one swimming right around us and one resting at the bottom of the sea.
We also saw a lot of beautiful fish along the reefs, which made the experience even more magical.
The taxi to the meeting point was a little tricky, but manageable. The team’s friendliness, honesty, knowledge, and service made this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Skip it - Typical port, all shops and nice stuff up front. Pass the port is dirt roads and run down buildings. “Resort” has a great beach set up, but doesn’t look like a typical resort.
