Our driver will meet you just outside Costa Maya Port’s main access—look for Gabriel or Ruth holding a banner with your name. Pick-up is 1 hour after your ship docks (earliest 9:00 AM Ship Time). Please arrive at the taxi meeting point 10 minutes early.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Do it again! - Awesome beach escape. Mario at the restaurant was very welcoming and had great English. They had a set of beach chairs saved and marked with my name on them. Food and drinks were amazing and plentiful. Not sure who our waiter was but we never had an empty glass. Seriously, really really really good drinks and food. Only complaint was the transportation part. Not knowing how the port worked, I prepaid an extra $40 per ticket ($80 total) for transportation. Little did I know taxis are more than plentiful We got to the beach ok, but somehow on the way back we got called a cab that was outside the process so we had to pay that cab and it was only $10. So I prepaid $80 for something that was only $20 and still had to pay the back end. Would absolutely do this again, just wouldn't prepay for transportation.

A Unbelievable Beach Break! - The food was excellent and so were the drinks! They had a well stocked bar of different drinks including water and soda. The nachos were delicious and the fish tacos were out of this world! The people were very friendly and kept coming over to make sure we didn't need anything. Although we had to walk out of the port and we really didn't know where to go, we just kept asking the taxi drivers in the area and they pointed us in the right direction. We felt very safe and had a great time! If we are ever in Costa Maya again we will certainly return to this hidden gem!

We had a blast! - An absolutely wonderful beach and the staff were all phenomenal. Loungers under an umbrella and a table for drinks was included. Delicious food and plenty to choose from. The kids especially loved all the drink choices lots of frozen concoctions lol ! Be aware that it’s quite a walk from the ship to the meeting point! I think we definitely chose wisely and even though our day was a bit on the rainy side we had a wonderful time. I travel with a Rollator and a POC and I was easily able to maneuver between the restaurant, beach and restrooms. I would definitely choose this again!

Best beach day. - Best beach day ever! I went with my 9 year old grandson and the water wasn't that deep so I had no worries. It was a lagoon that was crystal clear. The staff was super attentive and it was not crowded. Snorkeled and kayaked. Very relaxing day. A must if you have kids.

Great company. Great staff. Great times - We will book with them anytime we return to Costa Maya. Unfortunately our ship was unable to dock this time, so we missed out on an excellent time. We’ve visited multiple times in the past and this place never disappoints. My wife and I cruise a lot. In Costa Maya, we used to just go to the krazy lobster to kill time. That is until we found this beach club. We’ve been big fans ever since. It’s got everything. Chairs, cabanas, kayaks, excellent drinks, good food. Really could not as for more. Can’t wait to get back.

Beach day in Costa Maya - I want to start with the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Communication was also excellent. We were a bit disappointed by the beach, but also realize time of day and seaweed plays a factor. Beach chairs and covers were set up for us on arrival. The food was really good. A+ on the guacamole—and I’m super picky about Guac and it was excellent. Over all, enjoyable low key day with excellent service!

Could have been nicer. - Beach area was not very big, had plenty of of sea weed floating and on the shoreline before walking into the water. No snorkel at this beach. The food was good, service from the staff was great. I would not return in the future. Try a different place.

Average - Getting through the port is exhausting and confusing. Especially if your boat is late. We had to walk forever and never had any clear guidance as to our transportation. Six people in a car really made for four. Extremely uncomfortable Drinks are way watered down. Don’t fill them with ice for a half hour before using the cups. The food was very good and service exceptional. We had our own reserved space which was great. Vendors were ever Persia but not pushy.

This was a bust - We had to walk 48 minutes in a walker to "find" the person that was supposed to be waifor us. Just to be squeezed into a smart car size taxi, to get to a beach that was uninhabitable. No snorkeling, n kayaking. Our host was very nice the palapa with chairs were waiting. SO NOT WORTH THE EXPENSE

Horrible experience - Could not find location for transportation I paid extra for at the port nor outside the port. Was told five different locations to go and walked around for over an hour. We never got to go to the excursion and ended up stay at the port. Horrible experience in Costa Maya and now waiting days to receive my $373 refund back.
