Worth it. It was great. Bring poncho - 5 out of 5 It was humid on bus but other than that can't complain. Our guide was great and when I didn't walk up the top of one of the ruins the guides showed pics of it to me. It was beautiful

Great Tour - Toucan Tours was a good alternative tour for Chaccoban (Myan) ruins, especially if you’re cruising in. The team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our guide was great. Definitely recommend.

Great Tour - We enjoyed the tour and our guide. We learned about the ruins and we had time to walk around on our own for photos. We did not go to the beach so I can’t comment on that.

Educational & Fun - This was a great way to see the Chocchoben ruins and learn about them! Make sure to ask for your tequila shot/beer/soda before you get on the bus though because no one will offer it to you. We unfortunately missed out on that. They do provide the transportation which is a nice bus which took about an hour, and they made sure you always had water. Overall, a great experience!

Wonderful morning tour! - Wonderful morning learning about Mayan culture! Made our way from the cruise port to Toucan Tours, offered a drink (unlimited water). Drove about an hour to the Mayan ruins. Our guide Carlos was funny and informative! Had about an hour at the site because our shore stay was limited. Recommend this tour!

Great Excursion - This was a great tour. Easy to meet up. Lots of water provided and a great tour guide. Bus was large and comfortable. Ruins were really cool to see. We skipped the beach, and went back to port.

Carlos (Guide) was... - Carlos (Guide) was informative and knowledgeable about the region and the location. Gabo (The driver) was safe and provided assistance in and out of the vehicle. We had enough time to enjoy the ruins after his walk/talk. We stopped at a roadside fruit stand for some fresh cut mango and pineapple. Very nice excursion

Worth the money. Excellent. Way cheaper than cruise port. And safe. - Carlos was the guide. Gabrielle was the driver. Driver was safe. Drove very carefully. The Tucan Tours was easy to find despite what other reviews say. Google map it before you get off the ship. It’s directly to the left of the replica Mayan ruin if you are walking from the ship. You will leave the port and head into town along a straight walkway. You exit the port and walk 2 blocks. It took us 7minutes to find the port. We had ample time at the ruins for pictures. Carlos gave excellent history. He was entertaining and personable. At no time did we feel unsafe with this company. It was a lot cheaper than a tour booked via the cruise. They like to use fear tactics to book through them, so you “don’t get left behind”. We had PLENTY of time. And the vehicle we were in was well equipped (15 seat tour bus). And the company had multiple vehicles. So if one did happen to have troubles, we would have still had transportation. On the way back we stopped for fresh pineapple. No one went to the beach. Back to the port and on the ship. Would recommend, 100%
