As soon as we start our adventure in the lagoon you’ll be amazed by the different shades of blue and understand why is frequently referred as the 7 color lagoon. During the tour our captain will prepare a delicious and healthy fruit snack that will be perfect for the occasion.
- El Taco Loco Bacalar - After we are done with our boat tour we will take you to our favorite restaurant to enjoy some delicious and authentic mexican sea food tacos. (We have alternatives if you do not like sea food).

highly recommend!!!:) - our tour guide was amazing and we learned so much history about the areas we visited! breathtaking views on the boat and the ruins were very interesting to see in person! Highly recommend this company :)

Great trip, worth every penny - We had a great time on our excursion. We met our tour guide just outside the port gate. The taxi van was clean and the 50-55 drive was enjoyable because our tour guide did a lot of Q&A during this time. We stoped to get fresh pineapple before proceeding to the boat. We got to ride around the boat and swim for about 2hrs. The Lagoon is beautiful. I my personal opinion, the shrimp tacos at the restaurant was the best part of the trip and worth booking the excursion just for it alone. Would highly recommend this excursion and tour group.

Beautiful scenery and great guide! - The scenery was beautiful and our guide, David, did a fantastic job! The lunch was delicious. (The water was cool due to it being December.)

Lounging in the Lagoon - We had a great time. There were 10 of us on the tour. We learned about the area. We had a wonderful swim in two locations. After the boat we had a nice taco lunch at a local restaurant. My 10 year old enjoyed it and Ivan was a great guide.

Great tour!! - Trip is 1 1/2 hr away from port but is totally worth it!! Awesome tour and place to visit , wonderful guides, they are always in contact with you by phone or chat .Van with air conditioning and in good conditions and the lunch was very tasty!! We recommend to go out of the ship early because even if the tour guide says it starts at 930 am they will go when everyone is there no matter if it is earlier

Wonderful experience - Jhoana was the absolute best!! We could not be more in love with Bacalar and the whole experience, from getting off the cruise to find jhoana we had some trouble bc of internet & I was able to connect with them as they were looking for me too. We found each other and off we went on a wonderful tour - full of incredible information, lots of great memories, felt safe and relaxed. We highly recommend!!

The trip is a bit long to... - The trip is a bit long to get to the lagoon, but after arrival, everything was great. Johanna was a great guide and our boat driver was great. Lagoon is very beautiful. Better snorkeling would have been nice...but they don't have in the lagoon.

Great Experience! - Tour was a great experience! The Lagoon is almost breath taking! We didn't get to go to all the areas because Wednesday's they close off certain areas of the Lagoon. We still had a great experience and the food... WOW. Superb! If you're looking for a relaxing experience and do not mind the drive from the Carnival Port, this is a great option!

Beautiful lagoon swim - It was raining when we arrived, but they drove us to the lagoon where the clouds opened up. We had to cut our tour short a bit because our cruise ship was leaving earlier than originally planned, but our guide made us get back on time and still did everything. The tacos at the local place were amazing.

Viator completely useless, wasted a vacation day - The guide did not show up, we were left waiting in a dusty parking lot for over 2 hours. Could not get any other tour. Lost one entire day of vacation. Viator support was useless, they just kept saying “unfortunately”. Waiting for compensation before escalating this to a higher level. This was a tour recommended by Viator agent the night before, who assured us we would be picked up and have a great time. Anything for a sale.
