Great selection of rides - Great selection of slides at the park. The park was in a convenient area to travel to from Santa Ponsa. I would recommend this

Amazing fun family day out - Just back from the park and what an experience. October is obviously quieter for the park which is brilliant as no real queues and even better today because it was such a hot day! Slides are amazing, Grand Canyon is just the best.. The only recommendation I would make it’s perhaps changing the wooden stairs up to the multi slides- to me it felt a bit unsteady but other than that a mega day out- everyone loved it! Would highly recommend for a great day out.

A great day out - Having read some of the reviews i was dreading the day at this water park (no shade/ too hot/ long queues). However, our boys 16 & 12 were keen to go. We booked our tickets via an operator in santa ponsa and less than an hour later were on the free bus. On arrival we located 2 sunbeds @5€ each. We did not get a fast pass, I noticed you can buy them once in the park I also noticed they had sold out at one point. We queued a long time for the family raft (grand canyon I think it was and it it was over in seconds), the boys went bare feet, me and Dad wore water shoes (you can buy these from the shop and they are priced similar to the price at the resort). Other than the lazy river the rest of the slides were fairly quick. 1 large Coke, 1 pint lager 3 ice lollies circa 20€. The park could do with more shade that said we managed to stay out of the sun when we wanted too. Plenty places to buy food ( pricey) and the queues are not too long. Plenty of clean toilets. Despite dreading the day I really enjoyed it as did the boys. We were there until closing at 6pm. Our free bus collected us soon after.

Good fun but avoid the food - Park is good but not enough rings and Matt’s for the busy rides. Food is over priced and not great quality, take a picnic but don’t be put off.

Fun morning - We got there at 10am and it was not busy. Became busy around midday. We did manage to go on all the rides, some even twice! At midday the ground is very hot. Food and drink is expensive. Small coke 3.90 euro. We had our towels on the grass to avoid the 5 euro chair price. Unfortunately I stood on an insect and got stung. First aid was quick and simple, fixed in no time. I got the bus back to Palma no troubles. There is fast track here iif you want to pay an extra 24 euro. Park wasn't too busy so glad we didn't. I enjoyed it.

Don’t book online! - Booked tickets ahead on the web site - don’t bother doing this as it caused lots of stress. At the gate the lady wanted actual tickets - it took ages to get her to accept the ones on my phone. The whole time she was talking to people behind us in Spanish clearly mocking us. It was my daughter’s birthday, we’d bought the tickets off their website to guarantee entrance on her birthday and this didn’t make it feel special. It was really uncomfortable. Rides were good but many needed some TLC. Most people took food in as picnics and their own chairs etc. Food/drinks in there were expensive as you expect in a visitor attraction. I’d advise water shoes as the ground as you queue is really hot. We ended up getting fast passes as it was so hot queuing for rides with no shade, it turned out to be an extremely expensive day!

Good day out - Full day of fun, Good slides and lots to do. Lots of places for food but better to bring your own stuff if on a budget. Poor areas-not much shade, definitely bring slides/flip flops but not ones you care about being stolen. fast pass causes lines to be longer on certain slides but beneficial if you don’t mind paying. Bring plenty suncream if you need it. In total A good day out and definitely worth doing.

Ok but probably wouldn't go again - Average at best. Admittedly it was an extremely hot day but trying to get from slide to slide etc. wasn't fun. Ridiculously rough floors which were extremely hot. Wet shoes are advised. Queued for about 45 minutes for the main attraction, Other queues were reasonable. Probably did 6 slides in total, spent most of the time in the smaller pools keeping cool. Food was quite expensive and as there was 7 of us spent well over 100 euros on lunch. Had to pay extra for sun beds and Lockers.

Only worth it if you go 'Fast Track' which makes for a very expensive day out for families - The water park in itself offers some good rides, the park is clean and fun but that's as far as the positives get when visiting the park. We went in the July holidays. When we arrived, the park wasn't very busy and remained fairly quiet all day. Parking - there were lots of car park spaces. Note - there is free parking opposite on the street but if you go into the car park the parking is charged separately - I think I recall it being around 7 euros. Upon entry, we didn't feel the need to fast track or anything as there were not many people there. However, we found ourselves wishing we had very quickly. The park itself, although not busy, only has a very few limited inflatables for use on the rides for customers who aren't fast tracked. There were so many fast track inflatables not being used and hardly any for the customers who weren't fast tracked which caused unnecessary and substantial wait times. The wait for one of the main rides was over an hour and a half, which was ludicrous, as the wait wasn't caused by lots of customers and the safety of how many people could use the ride at a time - it was merely waiting for inflatables. On another ride, someone in the queue behind us grabbed the single inflatables to get in the queue to be told if you are in a single hoop you could just go straight on the ride. When we asked why they got to go straight on with a single inflatable, the young lad just shrugged his shoulders. We then tried doing the same and after a few times got told we weren't allowed. There is no structure or indication as to the rules and what you are queuing for. Again, an inordinate number of inflatables dormant at the side for the fast tracked users and the rest of the non fast tracked people in the queue waiting for one of the very few non fast tracked inflatables to become free. It just doesn't make any sense. I can only assume the park wants to encourage all customers to pay the extra 20 euro each to be able to use the rides. More of the same later with the lazy river, the park was closing and I actually went up to a park attendant and asked if we could use the dormant fast tracked inflatable to have our last ride. First person said no, then the other one who had seen me ask then applied logic and let everyone in the queue use them. There were honestly so many sitting there doing nothing! Organisation and logic is seriously lacking and the park seems to be run by young people who don't have a clue what they're doing which is a shame. If you are going, I would consider fast track but then if you have to do this it makes it a very expensive day out for families.
