Fun and informative! - Really enjoyed both stops. Very informative and fun! B was so knowledgeable and had such a great personality! The paper stop was great for kids but apparently we are kids at heart because we loved it!

Perfect - We went for river rafting on the bamboo boats and also for viewing the elephants in the sanctuary. Our tour guides Gopi and Bo were very friendly and considerate throughout the trip. The river rafting was a memorable experience as we travelled in the river, passing by the majestic elephants and the lush greenery of the mountains. We were able to have a fun ride thanks to the helpful local boatmen from the company. We also saw elephants and even interact with a baby elephant of 4 years by feeding it with the help of its caretaker and our tour guide Gopi. Overall, it was an enjoyable and entertaining trip.

An experience to remember! - This is highly recommended! The guide, Jeff, and the driver are very professional. They are very knowledgeable, accommodating and always ready for our small requests during the whole activity. The car was clean and comfortable. They have cold towels and water ready. We will definitely have Jeff again for another tour!

Cultural Day Out - Thoroughly enjoyed this half day private tour, not only did we visit the cultural village, we also visited the orchid and butterfly farm, and the Elephant Poo paper factory as well! Nan, our tour guide, was informative with a great sense of humour. Overall it was a good experience.

The Hill tribe Visit - This was very authentic setting. Our guide was always with us and informing us of the different tribes and their cultures. Our guide wasn't in our pockets-but always there when needed. We got to experience a lot and we were picked up early so we were one of the first at the Baan Tong Luang village. I had heard that it was just a big tourist place and the people are exploited I found that to be far from the truth. It was a wonderful experience and so great to be able to see and learn about all the different tribes as it would be impossible to travel to each different area that all these people come from. We saw and went inside a home and watched another place being built. Our guide spoke fantastic English and explained everything. The wares that are made are worthwhile purchasing especially beautiful woven scarves. Some prices maybe a little higher than the market but not usually. There is a lot of work that goes into each piece. My husband was able to have a shot with a bow and arrow, the people were welcoming and happy to share their life style. We further went to the orchid farm which had an amazing array of different orchid plants, this was followed by a visit to the elephant poo paper which showed how the paper was made and the processing of their waste material. All hygienic and an extremely genius use of animal waste. An excellent tour and the timing of half a day was just right for what we did.

Very boring - Although the guide was very interesting and friendly, it was not a good tour. The elephant poop tour was just boring and really suitable for children. The Karen tribe part of the your was just walking around shopping from small stalls.
