Overall, I highly... - Overall, I highly recommend this experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable. I was deciding between the bus tour and the tour and it was the best decision I ever made going with this tour. We skipped a lot of traffic and got to stop at some sites to even take pictures.

Interesting and worthwhile a great way to get a feel of Madrid - Haitam is an articulate and interesting person and has a great knowledge of Madrid. He speaks very clearly and contacted me the morning of the tour to confirm the details. I was the only booking for that time but instead of cancelling or changing the time I was given my own private tour which was extremely interesting. Also at the end of the tour was happy to drop me off at the Palace rather than the pickup point

Amazing Experience! - I would definitely recommend this for first comers. It helps to be able to get an overview of the city and what you might want to do around town. There is so much history! We loved our Tuk-Tuk driver as well!
