While the guide tried his... - While the guide tried his best to make the trip worthwhile, there were two problems: the same guide provided the information in both languages (English and Spanish) making it confusing; the second problem was an administrative issue to sort who paid for the standard tour or the one including the Alcazar. We lost time in an already very short trip

I would avoid this company - We signed up for an English language tour of Segovia. We got a bilingual tour. This meant that half the time was spent with the guide speaking in Spanish. The guide's accent was heavy, so much so that at times it took a second to realize that she had switched from Spanish to English. She was rushed because she was trying to basically deliver two tours, and so her directions at one point were confusing with the result that four people got lost. She did not go back to find them. They found their own way to the next site because a guide from a separate tour directed them to walk the half mile from the castle to the cathedral. This was our second disappointing tour from Julia Travel and I would not book with them again.
