Great Royal Palace Tour - Leti was a great tour guide. She knew the history and was very attentive to the group. I would say that was one of the best tours I have had in a long time. The Palace was great and her strong knowledge made the tour amazing.

Amazing tour of the royal palace - The tour of the royal palace was amazing. Our tour guide Federico was the highlight of the visit! He was extremely nice, patient, and kept the tour engaging! Highly recommend it!

A royal tour for the Royal palace. - This was such a great and fun tour!!! Fredrico is an excellent tour guide and was very informative. And super convenient to skip the lines!!! Would 100% do it again.

Decent tour - The tour was OK. Unfortunately, we got lost and were late for the tour and missed it. I went to the ticketing office and they were able to rebook us for later that day. The caviot, is that they charged us a rebooking fee of 25 euros per person.... which is highway robbery since the tour was only 45 euros and literally took 60 seconds to change! A penalty of more than 50% of the cost of the ticket , totally absurd!

Too short and too fast - The tour supposed to take 2 hours. The guide didn't take us to the Mayor plaza nor the old town. He moved so fast in the palace, we had no time to see the details. The entire tour from their office to the end only took one hour. If you want to see the palace, you will have a better time visiting on your own, at your own pace.

Doesn't matter how far you book in advance - I booked this 2 months in advance, got a call the day before asking to move my time slot from 10am to 3pm. Then the day of, 15 minutes before our slotted time they reached out to me stating that my Tour had to be canceled due to a visit from officials. Was not very happy about this.

Waste of time and money - The English speaker was difficult to understand He would start describing something before entire group was in the room. He also would go off on tangents that had nothing to do with the tour. I got more information just by reading the signs in each room
