Superb experience at Queen Sofia Arts Museum - Eva was terrific! She knows and presents information about the exhibits with energy and enthusiasm. Her keen insights and detailed knowledge of the artists’ personal and professional lives made the tour particularly interesting, informative, and memorable. Her details about the paintings were mind opening. Her passion for the topics was quite evident. Well worth our time and money with Eva as our guide! All in all a super experience!

Excellent guided tour of Museo Reina Sofía. - Eva, the tour guide, was excellent. She provided the background of the building, as well as art movements at the time of the great artists Picasso, Miró, Dali. Masterpieces were beautifully explained, which enhanced the whole experience. One of the best experiences to have when visiting Madrid.

Great museum. Disappointing guide. - We loved the museum. Unfortunately the guide was a disappointment. He did not meet the group at the appointed place and consequently the tour started a half hour late. He did not use a microphone so it was often difficult to hear him and it forced us to remain close to him. The tour we took the previous day was entirely different (she met us at the appointed place and used a microphone). In conclusion, we would never want to have him as our tour guide again.

Were it not for the fact that I was refunded, I would call this tour a scam - This tour is a complete waste of time. The day before the tour, I get an email saying that the tour guide is not available, so the tour will become an audio-guided tour instead. I agree and the agent confirms that the meeting place is 4 pm at the entrance of the Sofia Museum. We start waiting outside the entrance at around 3:50 pm. We wait until 4:02 and there's still no tour guide, so we approach the ticket counter who informs us there's another entrance of the Sofia Museum. We run to this other entrance and arrive at 4:05 pm - still no sign of any tour guide. We ask the ticket counter who tells us that there is no tour group named Naturanda Turismo Ambiental who has booked a tour for that afternoon. I try to call the tour group, but there is no response. Finally, at 4:15 pm, we decide to just purchase tickets on our own.

Our guide never showed up. When I called the tour company I was told the guide had "an inconvenience " and wasn't able to come. - The guide never showed up and we weren't notified. The tour company said he had an inconvenience. I expect a full refund!

They stood us up. - We already had our morning planned to do the tour an hour earlier they called me to advise that the visit had been canceled , I could not answer the cell phone (I did not receive any email) and being there in the museum called and explained that it was canceled because the group was not completed (on the website does not say that a minimum of people are needed). We were offered the audio guide passes which is not what we had paid for. (In the museum it costs 17 euros entrance with audio guide) the differential is excessive. They told us they were going to cancel and we were going to get a refund but it hasn't been reflected yet.
