A Fun and Casual Night - The Madrid Tapas and Wine Tour was an absolute blast—and the perfect way to stay awake long enough to adjust to the time change from the U.S.! We were paired with Enrique as our guide, and he was outstanding. Having grown up in the area, he shared plenty of local insights while weaving in fascinating Spanish history and how it continues to shape the country today. When it came to the wine, Enrique was especially impressive. He explained the different wine regions of Spain, how climate influences grape flavors, and what makes each variety unique. At every stop, we were offered a choice of white or red wine, always paired with Enrique’s thoughtful explanations. Since it was our first visit to Madrid, he also introduced us to classic Spanish tapas and the stories behind their traditions. The tapas themselves were more of a “bar food” level compared to other meals we had in Spain, but they fit the casual, lively vibe of the tour and were very fair for the price. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful time. We met fellow travelers from around the world, made fast friends, and left with a deeper appreciation for Spanish wines and culture. I highly recommend this tour as a fun, relaxed, and educational introduction to Madrid’s food and wine scene!

A fun night out - Sonia was a great guide who passed on her knowledge of the history of the area along with her knowledge of the food and wine. There was an interesting mix of tastes in both the food and wine and plenty to satisfy the hungriest amongst us. We all got along really well. This is an activity for solo travellers as well as couples.

Must do experience (preferably at beginning of your trip to Spain) - Enrique led us on a fun, informative and delicious adventure. I’ve been travelling around Spain and Portugal for almost 3 weeks and TBH was missing the enthusiasm for tapas (and pintos). But now I get it!!! The tapas was delicious and I learned a ton about Spanish wine. Thank you Enrique.

Excellent trip! - From start to finish this was a tour with so much information both about the food, culture, places and people of Madrid. Muna was an excellent host - she really made the tour, giving us so much extra information and chatting to us all individually. The food and drinks were all amazing and they catered well for a few dietary issues. My friends and I really enjoyed this experience and would recommend it to any travellers - well worth the cost! Fantastic!

See the best of Madrid while eating and drinking with new friends! - A lovely evening of great tapas, new friends and great wines. Nomi took our group of 9 to 4 of the oldest restaurants of Madrid. We enjoyed the history of each venue, along with great conversations with our new friends. Thank you Nomi for sharing your knowledge of this beautiful city of Madrid.

Awesome way to spent and afternoon - Noemi was fabulous! We were a party of 5 and 4 of them sober. They enjoyed coffees, sodas, sparkling water and I was able to drink extra ;) The restaurants were fantastic and never felt rushed. Plenty of options and serving sizes. Our favorite was piping hot garlic shrimp we will go back for. Red wine at second stop was my favorite. Noemi shared about the neighborhood, family owned businesses, history, a lot about the writers from the area plus wine region and had a map to show where she was talking about. Would recommend this tour even if you don’t drink.
