A great night on the town with new friends! - My husband and I recently visited Madrid for the first time and booked an evening tour with Devour Madrid, Cassie was our enthusiastic and charming guide. She shared a wealth of knowledge about Spanish food, wine and beer, the city of Madrid and Spain's history in general. It was far more than I'd been expecting from a food tour. Our group of seven met in a small plaza, introduced ourselves, then followed Cassie around to four family-owned restaurants, each specializing in a different kind of tapa. The rabo de toro was my favorite item of the night and honestly the most delicious thing I ate in Madrid all week. The tour lasted approximately three hours and took us to some beautiful locations. After four substantial servings of tapas and four drinks, I was done for the night. I enjoyed the background information that Cassie provided about the restaurants we visited, and when we stopped in the Puerta del Sol, she gave us a whirlwind history lesson about the Spanish civil war, complete with photographs. As a history buff, I really appreciated that. She also answer all of our touristy questions about the city, Spanish culture and the things we were eating and drinking. Thank you Cassie! Our evening on the town with you was one of the highlights of our time in Madrid.

Fabulous experience - My wife and I took a couples cooking class and Arantxa was our chef and instructor. She is incredible. Her family is from the Basque country of Spain. She is so knowledgeable of the Spanish market, customs, traditions and cooking. She is really funny. She made the class fun and enjoyable while we learned. She also showed us numerous tricks of the trade on how to mix different ingredients or to speed up the cooking process if in a hurry. A great way to spend part of a day in Spain.

Best Day in Madrid - Arantxa was amazing! Best tour guide we've had in Madrid. Such a welcoming hostess to the city. Wouldn't have enjoyed the Prado museum without her. Look forward to booking other things with her in the future.
