We offer you an unforgettable experience, a private and exclusive Segway tour, with a guide just for you. The tour takes place from the mythical Barrio de las Letras and from there we leave for the Retiro Park. We enter the Parterre, the main garden of this park, we will observe the Hauahuete, the oldest tree in the park, we head towards the Fallen Angel, statue of Lucifer, on our tour we will discover the majestic Crystal Palace that will show us the way to the Lake which contains the Monument to Alfonso XII. A fun and enjoyable tour that can be extended with time options. You will not regret.
- It will not be suspended for fine rain, in case of heavy rain it will be rescheduled
- Occasionally, due to weather conditions, the park remains closed for safety reasons. In this case, an alternative tour will be offered.
- If you have limited mobility, you should not take part
- Children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 10 years old
- Users will be able to use the segway for themselves
- The user’s weight must be between 30 (77 lbs) and 125 kg (275 lbs) to ride a Segway
- Dress code is smart casual
- Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes are recommended.
- The use of mobile phones is not allowed while riding a segway.

Segway in Retiro Park a must - We had an amazing time on the Segway tour with our guide Rosario. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience both fun and informative. We did have one issue and felt a bit nervous riding on the roads with cars, but Rosario kept us safe and confident throughout the tour.
Because of that, we ended up spending more time in the park, which was a wonderful opportunity to relax and really enjoy the beautiful sights there. Rosario took great care to ensure everyone felt comfortable and confident on their Segways, which helped us fully enjoy the experience.
The tour covered a lot of ground and gave us a fantastic overview of the city’s highlights. Rosario shared interesting stories and local insights that made the sights come alive.
We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique and engaging way to explore the city. Thanks to Rosario, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience for all of

Why walk when you can hover - Wonderful experience. You learn the Segway in only a few minutes because of their patient teaching (even our 11 year old daughter quickly lost her fear). Best way to see this beautiful park especially in the hot summer months! Highly recommend.

So much fun!!!! - This was a really fun tour. We went as a family with my 12-yr old and 10-yr old and it took them less than 5 minutes to learn to use the Segway. Evans was instructive and very careful with our family as we navigated the streets to the park. Inside the park, we visited the best sites and explored without rushing. It was casual, fun, and different than the typical Madrid tours. Highly recommend this tour from Segcitytours—especially if you’re tired of walking around in the crowds.

Explore El Retiro - Segway is a great way to explore El Retiro Park. A great introduction to the vast and beautiful El Retiro. We covered a lot of ground becoming family with the area so that we knew the spots we wished to revisit again during our stay in Madrid.
