Fun at night! - We loved the Madrid night tour! Dami was an amazing tour guide. Her presentation was funny and personable. She was engaging with all of the participants and very knowledgeable. She is truly a Spanish Monument!

Night tour worthwhile - Javi was a good tour director. He spoke first in Spanish then in English. It would have been helpful if he spoke slower since English was difficult to understand. Many sights to see; the evening views and sights were fantastic, especially Gran Via, with everything lit up—really worthwhile.

What did ya say?! - We got to see great architecture around the city. It was a great ride around the city, but we couldn’t hear a thing. We heard something about how Madrid FC celebrates a win at a place, but couldn’t tell what that place was or is called.

I didn't really like it... - I really didn't like the tour. First, the design of the buses with that roof doesn't allow you to see anything. On the sides of the buses there's a bar that doesn't allow you to take good photos. I don't recommend the tour, it was a waste of money.

Night Bus Tour - Went on the night tour which on a hot night sounded the best option .Sites all on the left hand side so unless you are on the totally open bus you can't really see anything very well if seated on the right . There are no stops which we knew but no real chance to stand and take a photo either. Commentary was good in the main but seemed to be a lot about the guide rather than the history. Very fast pace giving you little to no time to see anything as it sped past. Could be city regulatory driven to go at that speed but felt like the driver and guide were rushing to be done and home as we arrived back 10 minutes earlier than suggested. Beautiful city and gave some indication of the sites . Would be better at a slightly slower pace which still would not have impacted the surrounding traffic. Been to much better ones in other cities. Would recommend to get orientated but sit on the left and prepare for blurred photos .

Disappointed - Tour started 35 mins late due to overbooking. Microphone was static at times and not clear,. City sights were pretty lit up at night but towards the end it was too dark due to starting late.

Good with much room for improvement - Afternoon evening timing gives very interesting lighting of sights as sunset approaches. Bus had individual audio translations for every seat which WERE NOT USED. Heavily accented guide spoke VERY FAST first in English then repeated in Spanish. The pop songs played were an irrelevance. The history and other commentary that we managed to hear was satisfactory. The bus meeting point was a shambles as all passengers had to jog 500m up the road to where the bus was actually parked.

Not worth the money - Our guide Michelle was nice but laughed throughout the tour and it made it hard to understand her speech. The bus driver did an awesome job driving .
