Must-see - So nice visit, well explained and detailed. Our guide David was great and gave us lots of info. I recommend it, the castle is in my opinion even better than Versailles.

We should all live like this! - Incredible experience and a great guide. She was very knowledgeable and really knew her history. I was a few minutes late because I was on the wrong side of the street. One of the Managers personally took me to find the group which I very much appreciated.

Enjoying Trip to the Royal Palace and Cathedral - My husband and I had a spectacular experience in Madrid yesterday. Arantxa who was the tour guide was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. We would highly recommend Arantxa to anyone.

Wonderful Experience! - A wonderful experience from both the Madrid Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral Guided Tour. My last day in Madrid and wanted to squeeze in more sights to my many experiences in Spain. Glad I did and Sergio, our guide was amazing. Amazing experience and highly recommend.

An excellent Royal visit! - Pilar was excellent in giving us a very informative tour. Her overall attitude and enthusiasm was very positive and made us feel like we were immersed in royal history. I especially want to thank her for giving me a quick tour of the cathedral. ¡Muchas gracÃas!

Angela - Melbourne - Welll organised tour Booked early time slot before the crowds really started. Was a festival day & Mass happening so the Cathedral was missed Good commentary on the way round

Good tour but way too long more than 3 hours - 4 Stars because it was supposed to be 1 hour or so and it took 3 hours. They need to sell the tour for the time it takes. People on vacation has plans and other items in the schedule. The tour guide lost track of time.

The tour was interesting - The tour of the Palace was great but when we got to the Almudena, the guide just dropped us off at the entrance and recommended that we go up the stairs and look at the ceiling and then left us. It would have been nice to have the same attention and actually given the tour as he did for the Palace.

Dire experience - Terrible. Having the tour booked well in advance, we arrived in Madrid and the day before they called us to tell us that the contracted tour is suspended at 10.00 and that we change it at 13.00 because they have put another group in English at our time....
They happen to us at 13.00 in the heat of August in Madrid and screwing up the plans we already had a posterioi so we have no choice but to suspend the tour and refund money.
I will never buy them anything else and of course I will recommend everyone to avoid them. Irresponsible company.
