VIP tour 100% recommended - It was an extraordinary VIP visit, the guide LUCAS showed a great knowledge of each of the spaces and the theme of the bullfight, he was a very friendly person when giving the tour. We were able to access places that in a conventional visit is complicated. I highly recommend the experience, my whole family enjoy it to the fullest.

Absolutely recommended experience. - Our visit was absolutely amazing. Carlos Palomo, the tour guide, was very friendly and his explanations were clear and engaging. He told us all about the history of the Corrida, about the bullfighters and also curiosities I didn't know. Thanks to the virtual reality game we entered the arena and fought against a bull. At the end of the visit two young learners showed us how they fight in the arena.

A must visit in Madrid - A very special experience. Whether you agree with the killing or not to have some appreciation of the history of bull fighting, the breeding and the event allows you a better understanding of its importance to Spain. Never knew about the extensive rules, fantastic arena…easy to get to. Architecture great.

Audio guides and lack of staff - Spectacular visit, however the audio guides always changed languages and there were no employees on the route to help us. There should have been staff at more points during the visit.

Disappointment at the first of change - The visit was going well, with info from the audio guide until we went out to the shops and......surprise!!, the bib upholstered with artificial turf and in the center an igloo to do events, really that the first square in the world loses its charm at that time, we wonder what people who visit for the first time a bullring will think and the audio guide tells him the lines that the chopper can not pass......if they do not see...... think that he is teased, likewise that you do not get to see the box of presidency......., the worst is that the disappointment did not end there....the infirmary...closed!, not even look. Wing door...... Positive, the pens and also the museum of the end, but it should be noted that it is free and does not need to visit. I hope you take this into account, as the first postponement in the world should not be taught like this, learn from other tours like Pamplona, Seville........
