Our professional chef will guide you through Spain’s most iconic tapas that will leave your mouth watering. You will be welcomed with a glass of Cava and be taken to your personalized cooking stations where you will work in pairs and have the necessary ingredients to make 4 traditional Tapas!
The cooking portion of this experience will take you on a trip through Spain as we will make one tapa from each corner of the country! The class has been created for you to be able to participate in a very hands-on workshop! Ask our chef as many questions as you want as they are also your host and has the purpose of making you and all the other guests feel at home, and of course to keep your wine glasses full!
Once the class is over you will be invited to our private dining room and all the guests will sit together at our table and share the tapas but also a main course and dessert made by our chefs, Turning this experience into a 6 course menu that is paired with our bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines!

Eat, Drink, Relax and Cook in Madrid! - This is an immersive experience for those who cook and those who don’t it is cultural experience as well as a cooking class. It was truly one of my favorite cooking classes as you cook and eat as you go and then have a sit down meal at the end with a wine paring. Cava was provided during the cooking class and it was delicious! Ines was a wonderful group leader and all of the instructors were very friendly and made you feel welcome. This class out of 10 is a 100! Thanks to everyone at The Cooking Clubhouse!

Amazing class - Chef's were fun and educational. Food was great. We got to sample our food as we were cooking and then ended the evening in a beautiful dining room. A great way to spend an evening in Madrid.

Vasco and Javi it Amazing! - This experience made a random cold and rainy evening one of the warmest and most beautiful memories of my trip! The food was delicious, but Vasco and Javi made the evening outstanding! They were heartfelt hosts that we felt immediately comfortable with. 12 outta 10, would highly recommend! Best. Class. Ever! Thanks guys!

A highlight of our trip - What an amazing experience!!! We travel a lot and always do food tours and cooking experiences - this was hands down one of the best and I wish they had these schools around the world! We did the Tapas class and if we had time, I would definitely go back for the tortilla brunch!

We did this in a group of... - We did this in a group of 6 and the entire groups agreed that this one of the best parts of our trip! The class was a blast, instructions were simple, the food was delicious, and the wine never stopped being poured! This class is a must while you’re in Madrid!

Good vibes cooking & sipping - If you love good food, sipping cava & delish wines + fun high energy atmosphere - reserve your spot! The entire team is so welcoming and kind from the moment you step inside this unique modern space. The night starts with sips of cava, intro to your cooking space and then expertly guided through cooking four delicious dishes. After the group gathers in the beautiful dining area to share a dish made by the chef & team.

Good Experience with a good guide - Finding the meeting place was actually easy via subway. No problem.
We met the other 4 people and the guide there and went out our merry way.
All the places we went to were "local" type places from what used to be a hardware store to an 'on street" stand on the sidewalk kinda place. They were all well and good although, the exception was at a place where we tried 3 different types of Iberian ham. The day prior we saw ham legs in a shop with 50%, 75% and 100% on them. Confusing yes? So...we were educated in that the legs came from a pig that was bred by a sire that was only 50% Iberian, then 75% Iberian to 100% Iberian. Both my partner and I preferred the 75% Iberian ham.
The end of the tasting was at the meeting point where we had a smallish meal and small talk amongst the 6 of us. Then....hotel bound.
