The panoramic view encompasses the Jordan River Valley, the Dead Sea, Jericho, and Jerusalem. According to the Bible, Moses never reached the Promised Land but viewed it from afar before his death. From Mount Nebo, one can see it in the distance on a clear day. It is also believed to be Moses’ burial site.

Dana - The Dana nature reserve, managed by the RSCN (The Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature), is located 50 km south of Karak. Situated on the upper way of Wadi-Araba (Araba valley) near Finan, the dynamic view of the valley is truly breathtaking.

Shobak Castle - Built by the Crusaders and expanded by the Mamluks, Shobak Castle is perched on the eastern side of the Arabah Valley on a rocky, conical mountain, overlooking fruit orchards below. The ruins are adjacent to the modern town of Shoubak in Jordan.
