An authentic visit and a real human experience - An authentic place, in the heart of the village. Far from large-scale tourist attractions. Here we are in the middle DE bananas and coffee plantations and avocados. The hike was amazing and the village contributes to the local community EN helping the children and the medical center. Great bravo for what you're doing! I totally recommend, do not hesitate!

A human and authentic bracket - Incredible immersive experience in local culture, a true moment DE simple happiness and shared humanity. We learn a lot DE and, above all, we contribute by coming to the magnificent project led by the women's group that founded this EN droit: help for children in precarious situations in the surrounding villages, financial support for schools and hospitals, creation of a maternity hospital... Really commendable!

We went for a walk with Peter and he explained us the lifestyle of these villages. We saw the farmers' lands, caves, waterfalls... It was amazing. After that, we had a very delicious lunch and we made our own coffee. Finally, we had amazing views of the mount Kilimanjaro.

Highly recommended - It was a beautiful day, full of new experiences: we sang, cooked, very cordial meetings! And then we went hiking in nature, to the waterfall and the caves, with lots of explanations about the fauna and flora! Highly recommended and must do if you are in Tanzania ❤️

Nice varied suburb - We had a fantastic day with our family (3 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 15) at Machame Cultural Tourism. The walk to the cave and the waterfall was beautiful and perfectly feasible for young and old. Along the way we got fascinating explanations about nature and the history of the region. One of the highlights was the coffee ritual: we were allowed to roast, grind and taste beans ourselves — a fun and interactive activity. The explanation of the many uses of bananas was also surprisingly interesting. We enjoyed a delicious, homemade lunch and enjoyed being able to feed the goats, rabbits and chickens on the farm. The people are incredibly friendly and proud to share their culture. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic and educational experience in Tanzania!

Beautiful experience at Nkweshoo village by Mamma Stella on the slopes of the Kilimanjaro - I truly recommend the experience of staying at Mama Stella in Nkweshoo village for a night or two, to discover the daily lives of the Chaggas people and the beautiful landscape around the village. The family of mama stella are super welcoming and speak well English, they will teach you how to cook traditional meals, cut bananas in the fields, and if you're lucky enough you'll get to see the Kilimanjaro on a sunny day.

Unforgettable! - We spent a day and a night (quiet) with Mama Stella and her sister, Hans, Jalia... What beautiful encounters! They made us discover the life of the Chagga people by integrating us in a very natural way into different Things to do in their daily lives (picking bananas, making coffee, cooking together, meeting with villagers, waterfall walk...). Hans explained their way of life and the various very beautiful actions they are working for. A very big thank you to them for these unforgettable and warm moments! Asante sana Julien, Sandrine, Manon and Aline
