Great start to the holiday - Alex met us as we came out of the customs hall with a lovely clear sign, ice cold water and beer for the ride and a good explanation of where we were en route. Very helpful with luggage and bonus recommendations for restaurants and bars as we went through the center of Tulum- a little private tour to start our holiday.

MUST BOOK, 10 out of 10!!! - This is a MUST BOOK company!!! I highly recommend there services. The booking process was easy, they were very responsive through WhatsApp and the prices were great! They were always on-time and picked us up at anytime we needed to be picked up, as long as it was scheduled in advance! If the itinerary changes call and they will work it out!
We went to TULUM for my Bachelorette trip. I would highly recommend this company vs. renting a car and to avoid getting scammed by the police. We used them for the entire duration of our trip!

Excellent shuttle service - Excellent experience and good service and communication. They were flexible with last changes. We were a group of 19 people, one of them disabled, being assisted at all times. The transfer van was even better than the one initially offered. Recommended 100%
