An easy guide through a great city, and learned so much - The guide was very knowledgeable and passionate. The walk was easy and we covered many areas, and learned quite a lot about this lovely city.

No show - We were notified by Viator a day prior that this tour
Was canceled. We continued to get confirmations for it happening, so tried to contact your operator to determine whether tour was on or off. No reply except additional confirmations. Went today at scheduled 3 pm time and no one was there with orange umbrella or flag. So far when we press refund button nothing happens. Disappointed and frustrated!
