Very nice local wine tasting tour - Very nice trip, the first tasting was not in a winery but at top of a hill next to a church and cemetery which was a bit of a surprise. The main wine tasting was in a winery and it was great to hear about the wine making process from grapes getting picked to the bottled product. The wines we tasted were all very good and definitely this winery is worth a visit.

Great afternoon trip - Great trip into the region with really friendly and informative guides. The stops along the way gave a great overview of the area and the process for making beaujolais wines.

Interesting wine tour - The friendly guide and driver took a lot of time and told in detail about the background of the wine. We learned and tasted a lot about the values and production of the wine. Our questions were always answered. The tour of the winery and the explanations of the winemaker were the highlight of the tour.

Great day! - We had a fabulous day with Rachel as our guide. The views were stunning and the whole experience was just what we were looking for. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a day outside of Lyon.

Great day in the Golden Stones region of Beaujolais - We had a fantastic afternoon with Francois. We had two tastings in the Golden Stones region of Beaujolais. We learned a great deal about the wine production in the region and the wines we tasted were excellent. It was raining but it did not deter from the excellent tour and the tastings we experienced. The tour also included a short visit to the village of Oignt with charming narrow streets with decorated houses and views overlooking that region of Beaujolais. I would highly recommend if you are coming to the region.

Great tour for a taste of Beaujolais! - This was an excellent tour! Francois was a delightful guide who was fun and informative. My only suggestion.- add 30 min to the tour to allow for a bit more time to see/experience Oignt.

Very pleasant tour - This was a lovely tour of the Beaujolais region. We got to lear about the region, see picturesque towns within beautiful rolling hills, and taste some wine in a winemaker's cellar. Overall very pleasant, although I am not sure I am a fan of wine at 10 am! Maybe I could get used to it if I lived in Europe.... ;-)

Basic, fine it you want minimum exposure and education... - The tour was rather basic and although may have been a good value for the price as it was a half day tour, it didn't provide a significant amount of education or exposure. We had three stops, the first we drove to a viewpoint which was nice, tasted two wines that the guide had brought with him. The second was a village that was quaint and the third was at a winemakers establishment. Everyone was pleasant enough, but I really didn't learn anything more than I already had and feel like I paid for a drive to the country with a stop to taste a few wines.
