If you experience delays at customs or the luggage belt, please send a text to the assistant to inform her of your arrival, so she can wait for you.
From the arrival lobby, it is a 5-minute walk to the airport’s internal dock, where you will head to the Venice Cruise Terminal to board your ship, enjoying a relaxing cruise through the lagoon. Please verify your departure dock information so the driver can take you directly there. Each passenger is allowed to bring one hand luggage and one large suitcase on board. Additional luggage will incur a fee of 7 euros each, payable on the spot.
In the event of high water conditions, the water taxi will not be able to enter the canals and will drop passengers off at the nearest and safest location.
