4. Day-Before Reminder
   Receive your driver’s name, plate number, and WhatsApp contact. We reconfirm child seats (limited), baggage count, or special needs.

5. Pickup & Meet-and-Greet

   • Airport: Driver waits in Arrivals with a name sign. Flight delays are monitored, with a 60-minute grace period. Beyond that, waiting time counts toward booked hours.
   • Hotels/Residences: Pickup at lobby/entrance (15-minute grace). If access is restricted, we’ll arrange a safe nearby point.

    Door-to-door anywhere in the same city (hotels, residences, attractions, airports). Cross-city drop-offs available with surcharge.
