Troy deserves a pay raise - Troy was my driver who was amazing. He called me the day before my arrival and provided me with a phone number to contact the company if necessary. The day of my arrival he communicated with me several times to ensure me he will be waiting. He was right there to pick me up and he was kind, courteous and professional. Disorganized Arrival Experience - Unfortunately, my clients’ arrival experience with this company fell short of expectations. It was their first time in Jamaica and their experience was horrid. They were not given pickup details ahead of time, which left them unsure of where to go after clearing customs causing confusion and discomfort. I had to reach out for clarification and learned that a different driver had been assigned—who arrived late. To make matters worse, my clients did not get to experience the personalized welcome sign they had been excited about - which is one of the main reasons I booked this company. What should have been a warm and memorable first impression of Jamaica turned into a stressful and confusing start to their trip.
