Excellent transfer service from Cancun airport - Amazing company. Our driver Alfredo Ramos was in touch with us as soon as we landed and kept in touch with us as we waited for our bags. And was there with a smile, took our cases and we had a lovely cool car waiting and cool beers 10/10!

A+ service - Our driver treated us like royalty. We all received a cool, damp towel, mints, bottled water, and free Wi-Fi during our trip. The driver was safe and very accommodating. I recommend STP to anyone flying into Cancun airport.

Dangerous driver - First driver, CUN > Tulum, a VERY tall guy, picked us up in a sedan (not the usual SUV / van). He was looking at this phone the entire trip, texting someone, from the highway to the winding, narrow roads, all 2 hours, which was very dangerous. Didn’t say hello or goodbye. Second driver was professional and terrific. We’ve used this company before, and last time the experience was much more professional.
