Appreciation - Very friendly the driver helped meok to get another hotel as the booked was closed and I did not know the reservation if it had not been for the driver I would have stayed in a place far from the center

Reliable airport transportation - Smooth & easy early morning pick up booked just 1 day in advance. Driver was even a little early & we made it to the airport early before the check in line grew long.

Safe & comfortable transport service - Our driver ‘found’ us without problem. We were a little turned around so that was a relief! He shared some history and pointed out interesting areas as we made our way to our hotel. Car was comfortable and he was a very safe driver on these challenging roads. Thankfully, my friend did not get car sick as happened in the past. Great driver!

Make your trip easier - I highly recommend this for anyone traveling. It was so easy to get from the airport to our hotel. Our driver was there waiting with a clear sign. Communication leading up to our arrival was very good.

Great driver; car photo misleading - The driver was very nice and on time. My low review is because the car in no way resembled what arrived. It was a standard van with accident damage down one side. We got picked up on time and dropped off without issue, but just felt like the photos were misleading.

The pre-ordered private transfer did not come. - Terrible moments as the Karras Transfers' car from Santorini port to the airport did not come and the driver stopped answering my calls. I had pre-ordered it through Connecto. Maybe it took another customer that was paying more. As waiting, the alternatives were almost lost, and we were near to miss our flight. During the process, I made also calls to Connectotransfers' phone number, but it did not help. The transfer we eventually got was the last one from the port, and of course was for higher price than the pre-ordered one.
