First Class all the way and stressless - Fantastic service! My wife and I arrived at the Cruise ship port and were met at the baggage claim by our driver who quickly loaded our bags in a clean Mercedes Benz van and whisked us off to our hotel in Rome. On our departure date our driver met us in the Hotel lobby on time and again loaded us in a clean Mercedes Van and took us to the airport and parked directly in front of the check in for our return flight. The service was flawless! I highly recommend Rome Airporter and will use them on my next visit to Italy.

Recommend transfer from Port to Rome - If you need transport from the port to Rome, I strongly recommend Rome Airporter. They picked us up in a Mercedes-Benz van that was perfect for our group of 4. It can get quite busy outside of port looking for your driver, but they were there on time with an iPad displaying our name. Very easy process to book (even from the ship).

Best Experience with a Car Service EVER!!!!!!!!! - That being said I would love to give you both a fabulous review and would highly recommend your services to anyone traveling in need of a ride. We actually were so very impressed with your services from start to finish. Not only was Marco on time at 5 am (yes 5 am was our requested pick up from the Port) with a smile and bottled water (a tough commodity in some locations); he was extremely patient, kind and informative on our way to the Vatican City area. We were also so impressed to literally have "gangway" to "door" service both ways. Our return was scheduled for 4:30 pm but we finished early and called on you to see if we could get an earlier pick up and without hesitation you arranged for Marco to return within 15 minutes at 2:30 to return us to the Port. The car was comfortable, clean and smelled fresh - thank you and I couldn't resist hugging Marco when he dropped us off. Outstanding Private transfer from Civitavecchia cruise port to Rome hotel - We were transferring from Civitavecchia cruise port to our Rome Hotel. Upon booking the transfer, Marco Cannone from customer service was very prompt and clear to explain the procedure and to send us a voucher for the transfer. Marco was very professionnal and helpful to cater any queries we had about the transfer. The pick-up and transfer were outstanding. Pino , our driver ( was already there on the pier waiting for us when we came out of the terminal with our luggages. The vehicle was comfortable, clean and spacious. The drive to Rome was pleasant and enjoyable. Pino drove responsibly and we felt very safe. Furthermore , the conversation with our driver was enjoyable and he even recommended some restaurants in Rome. we reached our hotel in the time we had anticipated and all in all we would surely use Rome Airporter again on future travel to Civitavecchia and Rome. i would recommend this transfer service with no hesitations. Well done and recommend! - We were group of 10, first time in Rome by cruise. Mostly impressed by the pre arrangements of the team, made very clear instructions and kept close contact with us upon pick up. Polite and professional drivers that made myself n my group mates felt at ease and safe!
