For departures, the driver will be in the hotel’s lobby. Upon arrival, please contact us to inform us that you have arrived. Once you have your luggage and are ready to leave, contact us again so we can notify the driver, who will be parked 3 minutes away. The driver will then meet you in front of the cafeteria outside the airport terminal. For Terminal A, the cafeteria is named “JetLag”; for Terminal B, it is named “Refugio.” One day before your departure, contact us to confirm the pick-up time at the hotel’s lobby and provide your room number to complete the driver’s pick-up order.
