Our service is VIP, we have vehicle units from the year 2023. For your greatest comfort, we take care of your suitcases from your arrival at the airport or your departure from the selected hotel. Our units vary in number of people. We have units for up to 12 passengers. We offer Wi-Fi service so that you are connected at all times on your trip, we have water bottles for the number of passengers established on the trip.

Cancellation Policy

We got to know Peru and its culture in just 8 days. We would have loved this minimum 2 weeks. - The agency is local, knows your business very well and has very trained and helpful staff. All the time they kept us informed and looked for us on time and both the hotels, law firms and restaurants were of great quality. We didn't waste a minute of our stay, we enjoyed it to the fullest.

They were very responsible, very punctual. Excellent service. The trip included 4 star hotels and very good restau - We were transported from one place to another with different guides specialized in the subjects. It was 8 days but very encompassing. It gave us the opportunity to get to know quite a lot about Peru and its culture. Both the hotels and restaurants included were spectacular.

Comfortable airport transfer from Lima to Miraflores hotel - The airport transfer from Lima International Airport to our hotel Crown Plaza at Miraflores was done quite comfortably and efficiently. The driver picked us at the exit if the arrivals ...waiting with a placard carrying our name. The transfer took just 35-40 minutes ...

Smooth Transfer to Hotel - Aludi tour package was custom just for me vs fixed with large tour operators. Aludi provides private transfers vs herd buses with large operators. Our bags did not arrive so we had to wait and file a report. Our driver had to wait. If we were with a large operator, we would have made the entire bus wait for us for over an hour. Delayed bags are not uncommon. Private transfers are the way to go.

Best Experience and Customer Service Ever - The Aludi driver picked us up at the airport to drive us to our hotel. His car was very nice and perfectly clean. He was an excellent driver and had fantastic people skills. Before the drive was over, I was already trusting this company and booking a city tour for later that day and a full day tour for the next day. He ended up being our driver for both tours. My son and I not only had great tours but had so much fun with the Aludi team. We subsequently booked a 3rd tour with them which was also fantastic. An amazing bonus for us was that my son left all his money and phone cord in a very remote town - through use of communications, other tour guides and a courier service, Aludi got everything back to us in 2 days. Despite the work they did to get this back for us, they only asked for reimbursement of the courier charge. The Aludi team will exceed all your expectations.

Attention and good service,... - Attention and good service, positive experience with the driver When we landed we did not locate the plaque but soon came. Could improve the part of the parking because you drag the bags which is a discomfort if you are with a lot of luggage
