FANTASTIC DAY - Abdul, our excellent and safe driver, picked us up from our hotel on time in a very clean and new air-conditioned car . He offered us water ,cola,Sprite, or Fanta throughout the trip. We stopped halfway at a service station for a coffee and to use the clean toilets, then continued our trip onto luxor. Abdul showed us all the interesting points on the way. On the outskirts of luxor, we picked up our guide salah, who took us to karnak Temple salah explained in excellent detail about the history of this place which was actually mind blowing thinking how this was built . Salah gave us ample time to take pictures, we then visited Valley of the Kings and £10 per extra to see tutankhamen tomb. We then visited another temple, then a shop that sold alabaster pottery personally. I felt you were obliged to purchase something here, although it was done very subtly. We finished the day with a late lunch in a local restaurant with nice views. All in all, it was an excellent day, and I would definitely recommend the private trip as I feel you get much more information and it is a very long day we left our hotel 05.00 and returned 20.15 so it is nice to travel in comfort.

Best company in Egypt from a echr winner - I don't write reviews often, my status as a European court human right winner, putting my name to someone or a company I have to be sure without doubt aladdins company are outstanding others booked with the hotel, we booked with him instead of being crammed in a 14 seat bus we had it to ourselves and a private guide that's what we booked it was only pennies more expensive but the difference in our experience compared to others was just different class the tour guide Salah was so knowledgeable he made the experience outstanding the bus drivers were excellent also couldn't do enough for you... After this trip I took ill nothing to do with Egypt a condition I have aladdin was outstanding picking me up taking me to hospital and made sure I wasn't ripped off this guy is a really nice guy and booking with him you will have no problems we are going back and will be booking more trips with him, he even took us a tour of Hurghada and recommended restaurants and the food was excellent.. If your from the EU or UK book with him

Outstanding day trip to remember - We chose Canary Tours as we know them to be customer focused, flexible and extremely reliable, nothing is too much trouble and their prices are great value for money too. The day trip to Luxor and Valley of the Kings was nothing short of fantastic. We've done the trip a good few years earlier with our then 8 year old and had an amazing time but to return with him as a 20 year old studying archeology was something else. Everything was planned to perfection from the hotel pick-up to the drinks, snacks, lunches. As I am Coeliac we chose to get a takeaway from MacDonald's in Luxor for lunch, which we ate on a boat on the Nile! Our guide was very attentive and really knew his stuff (his dad was also a university lecturer in Egyptology). The Tombs are amazing, you get to visit 3 as part of your ticket entry. We chose to pay extra on the day to look in 2 more of our choosing and we weren't disappointed, nothing can really prepare you for the sights you will see on entry to these tombs! Also included on the day was a visit to the temple of Hatshepsut and Karnak temple. We chose to pay an additional fee to visit Luxor Temple too which we were really glad we did as we experienced the city center hustle bustle too. I would highly recommend this trip especially with Canary Tours.

Amazing trip with an amazing guide Sala! - We booked this trip with Omar, he is brilliant! From the very start of the day we was greeted on time by a very friendly driver, there was a lot of drinks included waiting for us in the car. Our tour guide Sala was absolutely amazing!!! He is so friendly and so informative about everything, he knew every answer to every question asked! He asked us what we wanted to see first and really catered the day to what we was interested in! His English is absolutely brilliant! Overall just a very lovely person!! We had a fantastic day from start to finish I would 100% recommend the valley of the kings trip to anyone, the best trip I’ve ever been on! And to book with Canary tours as they’re very reliable and won’t let you down!

brilliant trip to the sites of luxor!! - i went to see the valley of the kings, the temple of karnak, luxor temple and hatshepsut temple with canary tours. omar is a great member of staff and helped us organise the best day plan possible. he has become a good friend of our over the years and even bought me and my family sim cards, bug spray and medications in preperation for our arrival in egypt! the transfer was in a brand new minivan with plenty of space and reading lights which i would have used if i didn’t sleep the whole journey! the guide we had, salah, was amazing. being an archaeology student myself i was able to have some amazing conversations with him and i learned a lot, he pointed out different parts of the temple at karnak and luxor and in the valley of the kings that i’d never heard of. brilliant customer service. he told me he volunteers in luxor in the summer putting together artefacts that they’re still currently excavating within the temples! we were able to get lunch on the nile between the temple at karnak and the luxor temple which was amazing. canary tours are best in class with price and service with the most friendly staff i’ve met in egypt over the years. cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Canary Tours - We had such a good time on 3 experiences we did. We wanted to get the best out of our trip and couldn’t have asked for more from this company. We did a boat trip, a trip to Luxor for the day to see valley of the kings and also Quad Biking with Safari, we got a lot more than what we were expecting especially for such a reasonable price with loads of little activities for the day aswell . Everything was so stress free from start to finish, we booked with Aladdin and he added a lot of fun to our trips aswell, he couldn’t do more for us if he tried. Thankyou so much!

Amazing experience - I booked with Canary tours 3 activities while we were on holidays in Egypt. Private trip to Luxor, our guide was amazing, answer all of our questions, was very funny as well. We went to the papirusie museum, kids learn how to make papirusie. The best day we had in a quads ride in dessert and visit beduins village. My little daughter was scared of ride, Omar from. Canary tours stayed with her while me and older daughter had fun on the dessert. Little one had lots of fun with Omar, he took photos to shows me later what they was doing. Canary tour staff are very friendly and always on time. Strongly advised to use them while In Egypt. We are planning to be back soon to Egypt and definitely we will book more trips with them.

Amazing private visit to Luxor and Valley of Kings. Trip of a lifetime - Wow. An amazing experience and only us 2 so we day could be geared to our specific interests. We were picked up from hotel in early hours by a very comfortable minibus. Despite being a long journey it was very comfortable with air conditioning. We had a comfort break on the way. It didn’t feel such a long journey. We met our guide in Luxor. He was friendly and informative. The Temples of Karnak were amazing. We were taken around and learnt so much from our guide and then given time to wander ourselves. Next was a private boat ride to Banana Island. This was followed by a visit to the Valley of the Kings. Wow. Just wow. You see these places in films but to actually go inside these burial chambers was incredible. We paid extra for entry to 2 of the chambers but well worth it. We also visited a perfume shop and alabaster factory. We finished by having food in a place looking towards the Valley of the Kings before the journey home. Great to try some Egyptian food as well. A long day but this was fabulous experience. It was very hot so sun hat, sun cream are essential. Drinks were offered throughout the day. The guide was great in reminding us to keep hydrated. We booked with Canary Tours again this year as they were so good when we used them to visit Cairo last year. Communication before leaving uk meant our questions had been answered before getting to Egypt. They are a fabulous tour company with informative guides and very responsive to any questions before trip to put our minds at ease. Private tour meant we could choose the itinerary. We will definitely use Canary Tours again. Very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.
