Amazing/ Relaxing Experience - Me and my wife had an amazing time with Majed. He took us on a tour to The temple of Horus and Kom Ombo. He was very charismatic, always open to any questions we had. There were large group tours at the temple but Majed always made sure that we never got lost and felt safe and always checking to see if we were happy and satisfied. We had some issues with the cruise boat that we were on but Majed and Nice Tours made alternative arrangements for us and provided us a better cruis boat to sleep on. Thanks Majed and Nice Tours for your amazing service.

Amazing!! - We had a tour with Manal. She’s an exceptional Guide with a Personal Touch and we cannot recommend her enough! From start to finish, Manal’s expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine love for the area shone through. What stood out the most was Manal’s warmth and attentiveness. Thank you Manal for an incredible day!

Amazing - I met Ahmed (guide) one day before the tour by pure coincidence and we spoke for a bit. The next day we started the tour with one more Ahmed (the driver). They both were very kind and helpful. While leaving Luxor we got to see the hot air balloons in the sky and they were kind enough to stop by for a while. After that we visited all the sites that were listed and Ahmed brilliantly explained all the details and answered my questions. He also takes great pictures and they made sure I reached my hotel in Aswan as it was a slightly difficult area to navigate. Overall a great day and a great tour. Would definitely recommend!

Ezzat tour guide - Ezzat had a very good command of the English language. He was very knowledgeable on the subject of Egyptian mythology. After the tour he went out of his way to find us transport to hurghada and checked up regularly if we were ok

NOT trustworthy - so much lying - The only good thing car didn't smell of smoke else The worst travel experience I've ever had.was promised a guide who could speak english, he couldn't understand most of what we said, was joking around and didn't have much to say about the place, was more interested in us shopping at his uncle's shop He toured for about 15 minutes. The other guide was there for 20 minutes and kept insisting to change $. Then at Aswan inspite of mentioning we needed vegan food, they wanted to serve meat. The place wasn't ready. So tired and had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. After the feluca they walked us to the hotel where the car was abd hurried us to take the stuff. In this process forget the mobile cable. The worst is yet to be shared.... Upon realizing the cable was in the car in 10 mins and informating nice tours we were told by Basma, the car was already in kom ombo (which is 30 minutes away) and they needed $15 to have it returned. When i refused and told them I'll have to complain they said they'll deliver it in aswan in the night.this was 28/09/2024."please wait patiently" were her words. My friend realized, someone had open her suitcase and taken her emergency funds while the suitcase was in the car. Basma said she'll do an internal investigation and update when we complained. Then she leaves a message the driver will deliver in the morning. She always kept saying we are investigating about the money. When we checked in the morning, she said by the time you reach aswan airport you'll get it, then she said cab driver in cairo will hand a new one - they sent a picture of a bad quality cable upon request, which i refused. No update on the money. They promised to take me to the shop next morning to get a new one - never happened. So we told them to have rhe cable sent to cairo .we were supposed to receive it at 2am on 01/10/2024 and the whole day of 1st and 2nd they refused to respond and update. Only question she asked - when are you leaving. She was stalling for us to leave. When one of our friends spoke to her, a but firmly then she finally said they didn't find the money . The cable never reached us. No response or no answer the calls. If you use there service, be extra careful of your things, expect minimal tour guide experience. It's definitely not worth the hassle. Don't expect them to support you in anyway.

My worst excursion! - One of the worst excursions I have ever done. Amateurism or greed taken to the extreme! We had booked an excursion for two with a French guide for a very significant price and an excursion estimated in the program at 6:00 a.m. We left around 8:00 a.m. in a small city sedan, not very spacious and with worn shock absorbers. The journey from Luxor to Edfu lasted 2h30 with a degraded road and speed bumps every 500m and therefore permanent stop and go. Visit to the temple of Edfu with a guide speaking French who did not allow any exchanges and very minimalist information on the temple. We leave again for Kom Ombo, and there another 1h30 of a laborious journey. Arriving at 1:00 p.m., we suggest having lunch before the visit to mark a break. And then surprise, lunch was planned in Luxor, 5 hours later! Not bad for a lunch. After insisting, Suzana, "listening to the customer", found a solution. We drove around Kom Ombo for 1h30 without success to end up at the temple where a cafeteria was open but we were unable to stop there because it was not the address chosen by Suzana. We ended up finding ourselves in a sort of amusement park, dilapidated, dirty and empty where the owner was ready to warm up pizzas for us. I'm a big traveler and I eat local quite easily but there! In the end, confused and angry, we wanted to return to our hotel in Luxor without visiting the temple. Arrived in Luxor at 6:50 p.m., O surprise, the driver, who did not speak a word of English or French, the guide having been dropped off en route, wanted to drop us off in a low cost restaurant near the Karnak temple with which Nice tower must have an agreement. Very unpleasant experience and a wasted vacation day. It is not with such practices that Egypt will turn back the tourism it so badly needs. PS: Nice tours excursion purchased via Getyourguide which I do not recommend either.
