Amazing day with an amazing guide - I am a solo female traveller & have been to Luxor many times. I have had several guides in the past but Barry is by far the best guide I have ever had. The depth of his knowledge regarding Egyptology is extremely impressive. I learnt so much! You are safe in Barry's hands. He is always looking out to make sure you are ok. He is very courteous & kind & has a wicked sense of humour. One of the best days ever!

Family tour in Aswan - The Philae Temple was amazing and our guide was very knowledgeable of the history. We were taken to a spice store that offered spices of the land and fragrances were bold

What an amazing experience, Great Guide. - I had an amazing day trip to Aswsn from Luxor. I booked this tour with Reflections Travel. Everything went smoothly from my pick up time after breakfast till I get back to the hotel. The tour guide Mr/Mohsen made my trip a memorable one. He was very passionate about the history of the temples and the ancient civilization not only the past but also nowadays life and culture of the Egyptians. Thanks so much for such a great day .It's highly recommended trip.

Fun Trip to Aswan - My family had a wonderful time sightseeing in Aswan. Roshdy, our tour guide with Reflections Travels, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He made the experience quite pleasant. We toured Edfu temple, Philae temple, the High Dam, and unfinished Obelisk with a refreshing lunch in-between. At the end, since there was no wind for a felucca, he even let us stop by a local spice shop and incense shop.

Long long day - Well don't know where to start !! Driver picked us up from hotel at 7am and on journey had trouble at police check points so he back tracked and ended up on farm tracks and rough roads ! Got to another police check point and refused again so ended up back tracking almost to our start point !! So realised there was a problem with travel permit!!! Cut a long story short and after 9 1/4 hrs later we arrived in aswan !! Journey should have been half that !!met in aswan by our guide who seemed to want to rush us through the tours in the same evening but told him NO and that we would do them in the morning instead .all he kept on about was tipping etc and in the end my mate blew his top and had a go at him !!! Not a good farewell to our guide but he deserved it then we had the pleasure of a long journey back and driver was pretty good until we got back to hotel and moaned about tip we gave him and said that he saw how much cash I had in my wallet and he deserved more !! Not sure how to rate this experience but decide yourself

Good day tour but terrible guide - Tour guide Ragheb was waiting at hotel to pick us up and took us to Aswan. He explained everything very well during the tour at each site and had a vast amount of knowledge on ancient egyptian history. However, we had a terrible experience with our guide Ragheb. He intruded a lot in our photos, was very comfortable at times with touching females and made inappropriate comments during the tour. He was forceful in getting me to write a review for him on paper upon reaching hotel in Aswan. It was a terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend him as a guide for females.
