Accommodating experience - We had a good accommodating experience with Nice Tours. We missed our connection in Cairo to Luxor then when we were rebooked it was delayed so we got into Luxor late afternoon. Nice Tours was very accommodating to still give us good transfer service & a tour of Karnak & Luxor temples. Our driver was very friendly & helpful. Our guide Ghada was very kind. She gave us alot of background information along the tour. She was very knowledgable & made us feel comfortable the whole time.

Highly recommended Guide and Agency. - I must say Nice tour delivered what they promised and advertised on the website. Very reasonable, and very good service. What made the tour more worthy was their guide Mahmoud Haggag, very soft spoken, helpful and knowledgeable. Worth every penny spend with Mohmoud Haggag and Nice Tour. All the best to the team!!

Good and recommended - Aladdin is a very responsible, nice (and also funny) tour guide, he spoke perfect English and we understand every single word he spoke (compare to other guides we hired). There was some incidents from the company (changed the original time from 12-2pm and delayed by an hour from 2-3pm ), but they tried their best to compensate us with a complimentary sunset ferry ride and dinner with a view. This schedule turned out even better because we went to Luxor temple at night with great lighting. Overall, it’s a good experience and we would highly recommend this tour!

The amazing Aladdin - Aladdin was amazing! He’s a great tour guide, really knowledgeable and friendly. Food was good and the places were beautiful.

Fantastic Tour - Hassan was a fantastic guide. He has a great detailed knowledge about ancient Egyptian history and he gave us information that my husband didn't even know. My husband is a keen watcher of ancient Egyptian documentaries. I highly recommend Hassan. The buffet lunch was superb but just note that beverages are not included and it's an additional extra. Please ask for a menu and see the prices of the beverages before ordering.

Excellent private trip to Luxor and Karnak temples - Mohamed did a good job in showing us around Karnak and Luxor temples. He was knowledgeable, friendly and involved kids as he explained the history of temples. Car and driver were also good. Overall a really good experience.

A Great Tour of Karnak and Luxor Temples! - Our tour with Mariam was wonderful! She knew a ton of information about both temples, and took us to all the hidden spots for fascinating stories with the hieroglyphics to match! She also took a bunch of great pictures for the whole tour!

An enjoyable tour and relaxing lunch. - Luxor temple was so incredible that we went back on our own in the evening to see the night scenery. The guide was good but was difficult to understand at times.

Avoid - We would like to share an honest review of this tour. The guide, Laila, was a kind, approachable person with a good attitude, and it was clear that she was making an effort to do her job well and transmit the content. From a personal point of view, she was polite and willing. However, her level of English was unfortunately insufficient for a tour that is explicitly sold and booked as an English-speaking tour. Her accent and limited command of the language made it very difficult to understand most of the explanations, and she was not able to understand our questions when we tried to ask for clarifications or engage in a more complex conversation. We are fluent English speakers, and for us this was not a matter of accent preference, but of basic communication. Being unable to ask questions or follow explanations significantly affected the quality of the experience. While we appreciate the guide’s effort and good will, we consider it disrespectful to offer a tour in English without ensuring that the guide has the necessary language level to communicate clearly and interact with guests. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as better language matching would greatly improve the experience for future visitors. However, after reading numerous reviews about Nice Tours online, it appears that this issue is part of a broader pattern. Many clients report serious problems such as last-minute cancellations of confirmed services and a complete lack of communication afterwards, which suggests that customer welfare is not consistently treated as a priority by this company.

Worst Tour Scam in Luxor!! - This is the worst tour operator in Luxor!! Do not trust them. They did not show up for more than 1 hour, leaving us stranded in the street. No communication, no response to our calls. When I requested a refund, they refused without an explanation meaning we had to pay for the full amount. Obviously they overbooked or double booked their guides. Do not use this operator for your tour!!!
