Tour guide best we have ever had. - Professor Ahmed Elsisi made a slightly disappointing family adventure due to the balloon ride cancellation because of poor weather an absolute treat. The day out and about in Luxor, meals and stories told brought the city, temples, people and history come to life. My 16 year old daughters loved it. From my vantage point (dad) though the best part was he was front and centre of each venue and ensured my daughters never felt hassled or uneasy. Can not express enough how Ahmed made the trip outstanding.

Amazing overnight trip!!! - An excellent overnight stay in Luxor, with a fantastic hot air balloon trip at sunrise on the second day. Only drawback was we felt a bit pushed into paying extra for a 'longer' boat ride on the Nile (250 egyptian pounds per person), when the included ride was of similar length, plus we did it again the next day to get to the balloons too. Going into the tombs in the Valley of the Kings was amazing to see, we had access into 3 of the tombs, incredible to see what has been discovered. Hotel was very nice that we stayed in, overlooking the Nile and a very cheap little market just to the right of it if you want to get any souvenirs. Had a mini bus taking us from our hotel in Hurghada to Luxor and as it was only the 2 of us booked for the overnight, we had our own private taxi that took us back to Hurghada on the second day which was much more comfortable and quicker, so we were back for lunchtime and still had a day to relax in our resort. An excellent trip, would highly recommend!!! Thank you 😊

Amazing trip - Booked this activity based on TripAdvisor’s reviews during our stay in Hurghada as feeling guilty to be in Egypt and not visiting historical sights, and we were simply amazed by the experience. The team provided such a high-standard services all the way, starting from the information about the trip and the pick-up timing from our Hotel in Hurghada: the team contacted us on whatsapp and provided accurate timing for our early pick up (4:15 AM), the transportation van was on time and the guide (Mo) was so kind and so helpful during the whole trip. Trip from Hurghada to Luxor (1st stop Karnak Temple) will take about 3:30 to 4 hours so be prepared, the bus will stop once or twice for coffee, toilet... once in Luxor the different temples visits were organized and explained by a local guide which was a very knowledgeable lady (Egyptologist) who went through all the details and gave us historical information about every single place, entity ...She was a bit speedy but gave us plenty of time to take pictures once every visit is completed. Please consider comfy walking shoes and clothes as some of the visits are quite athletics with many steps to climb. Lunch break was by the NIL in a very touristy restaurant, decent food nothing extraordinary but good enough for a refill. The afternoon was about vesting the valley of the queens and Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari. the local guide proposed a boat tour on the NIL late afternoon which was not included in the package for some extra (nothing crazy) which we accepted and enjoyed as they booked a boat for only the 5 of us. We also visited the papyrus museum where a nice person gave us explanation about the process and what make the traditional Egyptian papyrus unique, you can also buy some authentic handmade papyrus from the museum (it's organized by the government so no scam and no overpriced items). later on, and on our way back we visited a local alabaster factory. back to the hotel in Luxor around 5:30 PM, the hotel was ok, with a nice view on the NIL, rooms were small but ok, unfortunately we had a double room with singles beds (for a couple!) we tried to get a queen bed unfortunately not available, but we were there just for one night so no drama. Pick up for dinner was around 8PM by another driver, brand new van. Restaurant was ok with a basic menu: two choices for starter, 3 for main course (Fish, chicken or steak), fruits for dessert, again nothing crazy. The Balloon trip was planned for early morning on the 2nd day, unfortunately got cancelled because of the weather, we received a message after dinner with a compensation proposal: either we will visit Luxor Museum and another place if we want it if not we get a refund (option we choose to go back to Hurghada earlier to enjoy the beach). Our guide kindly offered us to visit Luxor by night and go through the local market (no extra cost) which we again really enjoyed seeing the local life. we were back to Hurghada by lunch time the second day. Overall, the experience was amazing with so many information and breathtaking sights, the planning was respected, and everything included in the booking was performed (except the balloon trip that was refunded few days later).

Outstanding ☺️ - Thank you for an amazing trip. I booked this trip for me and my family of (6). Our tour guide (Nagah) was very helpful and really nice. She explained the artefacts and the relics in depth. The hospitality was great. Our whole programme was well executed. Desouky had come to our hotel to pick us up with Alla. The drive comfortable and his introduction and communication was clear and concise. Thank you so much. We will be booking with Viator again! - Highly recommend 5/5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A great experience - I recommend this activity which went very well. Khaled took us to the restaurant, then we discovered the city by night with him. The next morning we went for a hot air balloon ride, it was very beautiful! Then we drove back to Hurghada with Khaled. The journey went very well, in complete peace. I recommend the activity as well as the guide who was with us.

Amazing tour, highly recommend - From start to finish the tour was very organised, we had knowledgable tour guides! We knew what was going on and at what time and where we was. We had the time to see everything and gave us time to take as many pictures as we wanted! The education was there and the food was also brilliant! The views and places you go are once in a lifetime. The driver was kind at all times, very helpful and gave us help and advice when going in shops.

Balloon ride fantastic - Overall this trip was great . There was some poor communication about the pick up point , messages specifically said not at main reception but then that’s where the mini bus went while we were out by main gate as instructed . The drive to Luxor is long and parts of the road are very bumpy . The air con in the mini bus was not the best at the back so felt very warm . There was a stop , comms from driver would have been beneficial. The temple of Karnak was impressive although a bit more time here would have been good. The guide pushed for the group to take part in a boat trip with an extra charge . The apparently included felucca ride was dismissed as simply transport across the bike to the restaurant . The trip was ok but expensive for what it was . The lunch was extremely disappointing , the food was dry and choice very limited. The staff hovered by the table constantly so felt supervised eating. We had brief stop at temple of Mnemon and then taken to alabaster shop , this was not mentioned in schedule and we were not asked is we wanted this stop. Far too much time was spent here . We were then taken to valley of kings , not much information was provided . We were directed to 3 tombs and had only 30 mins to spend here before going to the temple of hapshepsut. We had 40 mins here but possibly because group said to guide we felt rushed . Apparently there is a time limit to use the road to Hurghada and the bus needed to be on it by 18.30. This was not mentioned in comms about trip . We were met by a driver to be taken to our hotel in Luxor . The hotel was very comfortable and comms were great from Khaled who met us and took us for a lovely dinner and a drive round Luxor and a tea house . We had great comms from the team about the hot air balloon trip. This was fantastic and well worth getting up before 4am two days in a row . We were taken back to hotel where we had lovely breakfast . Khaled collected us and drove us back to Hurghada . The car was very comfortable and Khaled was lovely and shared lots of great information .
