They will cross the Nile River towards the west bank by motorboat, where the balloon awaits. Cameras should be ready to capture the magnificent panorama of Luxor town from a unique perspective. Enjoy the sunrise scenery from about 100 feet, and view great sites like “The Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, Valley of the Kings, and Colossi of Memnon” along with the villages of Luxor during a 45-minute tour in the air.
After this unforgettable tour, guests will begin their full-day trip in Luxor.
- Colossi of Memnon - The Colossi of Memnon are two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, who reigned in Egypt during the 18th Dynasty. Since 1350 BCE, they have stood in the Theban Necropolis, located west of the River Nile from the modern city of Luxor.
- Valley of the Kings - Explore a complex of royal tombs in the Valley of the Kings. With an entrance ticket, visitors can tour 3 tombs. The Valley of the Kings, also known as the Valley of the Gates of the Kings, is a valley in Egypt where, for nearly 500 years from the 16th to 11th century BC, rock-cut tombs were excavated for the pharaohs and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom.
- Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - The Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, also known as Djeser-Djeseru, is a mortuary temple of Ancient Egypt located in Upper Egypt. Built for the 18th Dynasty pharaoh Hatshepsut, it is situated beneath the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari on the west bank of the Nile near the Valley of the Kings.
- Karnak Open Air Museum - Karnak Temple is the greatest example of worship in history, dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu.
- Luxor Temple - The Temple of Luxor was built by Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty of the New Kingdom and was completed by Ramses II during the 19th Dynasty.

An unforgettable morning in the skies - Our experience with Amro was simply magical. Starting the day with a breathtaking hot air balloon ride was surreal. The views of Luxor at sunrise were like a dream. Amro, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the history behind every site with such passion. A Magical Morning Over Luxor - Taking the hot air balloon at sunrise was an absolute highlight of the tour. The view over the Valley of the Kings was magical. The rest of the day, visiting the Hatshepsut Temple and Karnak Temple, was just as spectacular. A must-do experience!
