- Valley of the Kings - After breakfast, you’ll be picked up to begin your unforgettable day by heading to the west bank to visit the Valley of the Kings. Here, pharaohs of the New Kingdom carved their tombs into the mountains to hide their treasures and protect their mummies.
- Howard Carter House - Next, drive to the domed mud-brick house where Howard Carter lived during his search for Tutankhamun’s tomb. Surrounded by a garden on an otherwise barren slope above the road from Deir Al Bahari to the Valley of the Kings, the house has been restored and decorated with pictures and tools from the excavations. An exact replica of Tutankhamun’s burial chamber has been constructed at the edge of the garden, along with an exhibition related to the discovery of the tomb.
- Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Then, visit the mortuary temple of the famous Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari. Discover her beautiful temple and the intriguing story of her and her nephew.
- Tombs of the Nobles - Next, move to the Valley of the Nobles, a collection of tombs in Luxor belonging to nobles like Ramose, Senniffer, Menna, and over 400 other Theban nobles. These tombs, marked by numbers, feature beautifully carved scenes. Nestled in the foothills opposite the Ramesseum, there are more than 400 tombs.
- Colossi of Memnon - Stop for a photo in front of the gigantic statues of Memnon.
- Temple of Karnak - Then, drive to see the largest temple ever built: Karnak Temple. Constructed over 2,000 years and covering about 63 acres, take some nice pictures among its huge pillars and obelisks.
- Luxor Temple - Next, you’ll be transferred to enjoy Luxor Temple on the East Bank of Luxor, where ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features are exhibited.
- Mummification Museum - Finally, visit the Mummification Museum, which provides a comprehensive view of the entire mummification process through the display of many tools, objects, and equipment used in the process. The museum also explains the ritual and religious significance of the practice. Canopic jars, elaborately decorated coffins, mummified remains, amulets, and statues of deities are among the many objects on display. Afterward, drive back to your hotel or Nile Cruise.
