Tombs visit - We start the day by the Balloons, it’s was magical. Then we visited the tombs, Mahmoud’s explanations was very complete, and we were able to see how the artists works. Finally we make it to the Temple of hatchepsout, with an amazing panorama. Thank you for everything, we spend two amazing days that we’ll be never forgotten.

Amazing - Incredible, everything was perfect! They picked me up on time, we saw the sunrise in the air, and we flew for more than 50 minutes. Everything went great. I was scared because I was alone, but everyone was always attentive.

Great trip to see the best of Luxor, definitely recommend! - We had an amazing trip with Bola to Luxor Valley of Kings, Balloon Ride and everything Luxor has to offer. He is a great guide, waited for us at all the places we wanted to take pictures, paid attention and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend!

Enjoying being lifted and viewing the West Bank scenery in the air - In an early Mid April morning, we four seniors joined other 24 people exploring Hot Air Balloon Ride. Our tour guide picked us up 4:15AM to go Hot Air Balloon Field. About 5: 30AM crew member leaded us practicing landing movements.
We 28 people are divided into 4,4,3,3 subgroups and standing in four compartments. Captain alone is standing in the central partition that equipped instruments such as height, temperature, wind speed measurements and clock. The total time in the air is about 35 minutes. We were very excited looking down beautiful scenery. We then safely landed another open field and everyone received a certificate.

Awesome Hot Air Balloon Ride in Luxor! - The most exhilarating experience! It was an early morning ride, so we had to really go early. Then a boat ride to the plains where the air balloons were all prostate waiting to be filed up. As we reached the place, many balloons were getting fired up.
There were steps to get in. We were out in groups with weight being a consideration. Luckily for us we were right next to the Pilot balloonist! He took us up to a height of 1 km to be able to see The Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshetsup's mortuary temple, Karnak temple etc. What was also starkly seen was the dessert on one side where the monuments were and the green belt with sugarcane fields etc on the other side of the river Nile!
It was beautiful, and I feel that everyone should do it. Out of this world!!

As Napa, Teotihuacan ... 100 % recommended. - A 1/2 mille high and 3 milles distance ride. Nice views. Safety.
After 3 days waiting for a right wind, everything was perfect. A huge team, professional, coordinate and confidence behind each move as Napa, Teotihuacan ... A + 5 years captain with services in anothers countries is a plus. Thanks to the huge team of supervisors, security, transporters, suppliers, walkie talker, basquet inspectors, release flight, area supervisor... to many releases and firms back and forth but 100 % professional. A protocole by a book.

Bad management - They picked us up at 5:30 and we arrived at the location after 10minutes. We waited a whole hour to ride the balloon. Lack of management, lack of guidance, total waste of time. There were alot of hot air balloons and also a lot of poeple. Everyone went up and eventually our group was the last to go up. Then what is the point of arriving early at 5:40? We did not even go above the king's valley as written in our agenda, just stayed in one place in the sky and went back down. Also the guide kept disappearing so it was hard for us to ask when we were going to ride.

A great disappointment - Incomprehensible... Up at 4 am for the hot air balloon because our Nice Tours contact did not inform us of the departure time and the boat coordinator had informed us that usually Nice Tours would pick up its customers at this time. Finally message at 6:17 for a departure at 6:40. The Nice Tours guide arrived but did not want to take us because he did not have us on his list!!! we showed him the SMS received from Nice Tours but he did not want to know anything, he did not even bother to call them despite our insistence. We have requested the refund and since December still no news. We had the possibility to do the next day the balloon ride over the temples of Luxor, but Nice Tours made no effort and offered us nothing. Con artists.
