Tour of West Luxor - Khaled was an amazing guide! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the sites we visited. He answered any and all questions I had throughout the tour. He also took some great photos of me at each site. I would highly recommend him to someone wanting to explore Luxor!

From the Valley of the Kings to Hatshepsut Temple, Karnak, and beyond, every stop was made even more special by Barry’s deep knowledge and engaging storytelling. Unforgettable Day in Luxor – Highly Recommend! - We had an amazing full-day tour in Luxor! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Our driver, Mustafa, was friendly and reliable, making sure we were comfortable at all times. Our guide, Mohamed Kamal, was absolutely outstanding — his knowledge of Luxor’s history and culture made every site come alive. Both of them went above and beyond to make the day special, and we felt so well taken care of. If you’re planning to visit Luxor, we can’t recommend this tour (and this team!) highly enough.

The best choice for a day trip in Luxor - It was a wonderful tour that took us around Luxor's major tourist sites in one day. Our guide, Mossy, was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, making for a fun day. The driver's hospitality and safe driving gave us peace of mind during the trip. Luxor is difficult to explore on my own, so l recommend using a tour.

You can enjoy Luxor in a day - Mr. MOHSEN's guide was very easy to understand and he spoke slowly without using difficult words, which was easy for me, who was not good at English. We stayed at a hotel in Cairo, but we were able to fully enjoy Luxor by flying first thing in the morning, then joining the tour and flying home around 21:00. We also had a few stops at the supermarket along the way, so thank you for listening to our flexibility.

Fantastic Luxor Tour with a Flexible and Knowledgeable Guide! - We had an amazing day exploring Luxor with Barry as our guide! He is incredibly knowledgeable about Egyptian history and brought each site—the Valley of the Kings and Karnak Temple—to life with fascinating stories and insights. One of the best parts of this tour is its flexibility. You can adjust the start time according to your preference. For example, I noticed that the second day in Luxor would be very hot, so we asked to start the tour earlier in the morning—this was easily arranged, making our visit much more comfortable. The entire day was well-organized, the car was comfortable, and Barry made sure we stayed hydrated and cool between stops. This tour is a perfect balance of learning, sightseeing, and personal comfort. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Luxor!

Heated history, made refreshingly cool - We started the day at Luxor Temple, where Barry helped contextualize everything — explaining the difference between Upper and Lower Egypt, and walking us through the various kingdoms and dynasties. He brought the temple’s history to life in a way that made it stick. Then we headed to Karnak, which was way more massive than I was expecting!! After that, we explored the Valley of the Kings, stepping into tombs lined with rich hieroglyphics and intricate death prayers on the murals. At Hatshepsut’s Temple, Barry unpacked the fascinating political history there — almost as much drama & intrigue as Game of Thrones! We also stopped to see master alabaster craftsmen at work and enjoyed a refreshing lemon/lime tea, before capping off the tour with a delicious meal. Through the extreme heat, Barry’s knowledge, patience, and storytelling kept us engaged the whole way, and Taha was amazing at keeping us hydrated, cooled, and comfortable. All in all, my buddy and I are so appreciative of both Barry and Taha — and of Reflection Travel — for making this such a memorable day. Thank you so much!

Amazing experience! Would definitely recommend - We had Roshdy as our tour guide, who was amazing! He spoke very good english, was on time and waited patiently for us at the hotel. He contacted me the evening before the tour and offered whether we wanted to start earlier than our booked time as he rightly said it would be quite hot already if we started at 10AM. The van was airconditioned and our driver hamdy also drove with much care. Roshdy gave us lots of tips and made sure we were safe, and gave us great pointers (such as to avoid sitting at the front with the driver - on the 'gulf buggies', as the driver would ask for tip/money). He was very attentive and knew that we were not used to the heat and so made sure he rang the driver to get the aircon on to ensure that whenever we go back to the van it was nice and cool. Roshdy was also very knowledgeable and patient with us. We went to the sites that was on our tour itinerary, and he gave us the tickets to luxor temple as that was supposed to be our last stop. However he saw that we were already exhausted at that point and suggested he could give us the tickets to explore it either in the evening or the day after in our own time. The only thing to say however is that unfortunately one of the tickets he had given us - was apparently already used and the temple would not accept it so one of my friends had to buy their ticket, I'm sure this was just an accident and not done on purpose / an error with the ticket as all the other tickets given to us were fine. Overall I would definitely recommend this company / tour and especially our tour guide, Roshdy!! Thank you again Roshdy, you made us all feel comfortable and safe during this whole tour.

Luksor Trip - he took it by car to everywherey you can visit in Luksor and told the history of the place, but he did not visit all the places with us. He also made us pay for drinks in the program including meals. Other than that, he is a very polite and interested tour guide.
