Informative and helpful... - Informative and helpful guide, who not only told us about the monasteries we visited but also general information about Armenia. The pace was good , and although it did not affect us, the tour description should probably highlight the climb to Sevanavank monastery. The guide and the driver kindly agreed to a few minute detour on our way back to show us a memorial we did not know about but were keen to see.

Beautiful Vacation Package from Start to Finish - We booked a 5 person Individual Vacation Package to Khor Virap, Garni, Gegard and also visited the Asian Reservoir. Everything was very well organized from the booking process to our return to the hotel. A very interesting and varied tour, beautiful places! Special thanks to our driver Gregory and tour guide Anait for their professionalism and hospitality! Anait did more than a 'normal' tour guide. She not only told us about the sights, but also immersed us in the heart of Armenian culture, gave us a lot of useful tips for organizing further program. Lunch at Ashot's and his family's is a special highlight of our journey. We enjoyed the Vacation Package so much, we booked an excursion to Sevan and Dilijan. Guide Arminet was also at the highest level: almost encyclopedic knowledge of the plot, excellent recommendations... Thanks to Yur Servis for the excellent work that enabled us to discover this magnificent country and, as my mother said, its main wealth: Armenian people! Way to go!

One day sightseeing - We had a 1 day private trip across 5 locations without guide, but with driver. Honestly it was very relaxing, enjoyable day in a beautiful natural and architectural places without time schedule and in a comfort of personal space. Thank you our driver Arman, who was polite, caring and positive throughout all our journey. Highly recommend such tour for couples.

Great trip seeing key sites - This was a great trip. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was a good mix of being shown around by the guide and having time alone to explore the sites.

Interesting route, stunning scenery and attentive driver - It was a fantastic experience. Obik, our driver, has been very attentive and very Pro. Halfway down the road we have booked a table to eat traditional food in a charming and reasonably priced place. It has also proposed some stops off the route to take in and photograph spectacular views of the Armenian landscape.

Excellent experience - Very pleased and definitely recommending this tourn (and Hyur Services). I was a solo traveller so I picked a private tour with guide. I highly recommend also paying for the guide, so that they will be able to explain you what you are seeing, the history etc. The driver would only take you around but my understanding is that most of the drivers would not speak English. My guide was Anna. She spoke perfect English and she was very keen in making sure I understood the history and culture of Armenia. Her and the driver showed up perfectly on time at my hotel. The driver was driving very well (which I understood is not really a given in Armenia). Anna gave me a lot of information about what has happened over time, she was never biased / critical of what Armenia had to go through in the past; just facts. It is always nice to travel with someone who really cares about their country and culture, rather than just simply "doing their job".

Great way to see sites outside of Yerevan - This was our fourth interaction with Hyur on a trip to Armenia. The driver, Hambik was excellent. Friendly, safe, and helpful. Rafi was our fabulous guide (we had him for a different tour yesterday and were SO happy to see him again). He speaks excellent English, knew his history very well, told interesting facts and stories, and was reallllly nice and funny. These tours are a perfect balance. At each site, Rafi shows you around and gives the site information, then gives you however much time you want to walk around and explore. Hambik was attentive and always has the car ready to pick us up at a convenient spot. There were bottles of water in the car for when you wanted them, the temperature of the car was comfortable, and he offered lovely musical options. The optional lunch served was plentiful and represented traditional meals served in the area. It was quite good. I highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in the area. Going private is a great value for the money as you can pace the time at the sites so it works for you.

Incredible experience - I had a tour to see Khor Virap, Geghart and Garni today! I was hosted by Tatevik and driven by Arakel. They were terrific! Not only did we visit the above sites that Tatevik helpfully educated me on, we also made a couple of side stops to buy lavesh and sharot, as well as visited an apricot orchard to pick heaps of apricots. The experience was amazing, thoroughly recommended!
