- Areni Wine Factory - This winery boasts a remarkable history in winemaking and is named after “areni,” one of the world’s oldest grape varieties.
- Wings of Tatev - The Wings of Tatev is a 5.7 km cableway connecting Halidzor and the Tatev monastery in Armenia. It holds the record for the longest reversible aerial tramway built in a single section and the longest non-stop double track cable car. The construction was completed on 16 October 2010. The tramway is located in the Syunik region, 250 km south of Yerevan.
- Tatev Monastery - The Tatev Monastery is a 9th-century Armenian Apostolic monastery perched on a large basalt plateau near Tatev village in Syunik Province, southeastern Armenia. “Tatev” typically refers to the monastery itself. This monastic ensemble is positioned on the edge of a deep gorge of the Vorotan River and is renowned as the bishopric seat of Syunik. It has played a vital role in the region’s history as a hub of economic, political, spiritual, and cultural activity.
- Shaki Waterfall - Shaki Waterfall, located in Armenia, stands at a height of 18 meters in the Syunik Province. It is situated 6 km from the town of Sisian. On the left side of the Vorotan River’s gorge, basalt lava flows have solidified to create an 18-meter-high ledge from which the waterfall cascades.
- Noravank Monastery - “Noravank” translates to “New Monastery” in Armenian, though the name is now a misnomer as the monastery is over seven centuries old. This stunning monastery was constructed in the 13th century on the ledge of a narrow, winding gorge above the Amaghu River, near Yeghegnadzor. The simple lines of the church contrast beautifully with the sharp red rock cliffs, offering dramatic scenery that is a compelling reason to visit Noravank. It is sometimes referred to as Amagu Noravank to distinguish it from the Noravank Monastery in Goris. Amagu was the name of a small settlement that once stood over the gorge.
