What can participants expect to see? It’s common to encounter numerous seals, osprey, great blue herons, mink, and deer, among other wildlife, while exploring the South Shore. The tour also includes discussions on the local flora, fauna, and geology as the group cruises through Tanner’s Pass, Schooner Cove, Heckman’s Island, and the Back Passage to Lunenburg. This area is truly one of the most beautiful parts of Nova Scotia!
