Fantastic!! - Domenico was awesome! It was a very small group so we were able to customize our schedule. Very personable and knowledgeable. Just a great day!

Fantastic experience, highly recommended - We were disappointed that the Tram car to the top of Mt. Pilatus was closed due to weather. But the rest of the tour was very informative. Our guide Anycia was exceptional and very knowledgeable. We will highly recommend her and Viator to friends traveling in the area. One suggestion: in the write-up for the tour, it would be nice to get an idea of the length of walking times and the terrain walked on. This would help seniors and other with walking limitations decide if the tour is right for them.

Awesome day in Lucerne!!! - Our guide was Domenico & he was awesome! He sent me a text the night before with info on where to meet him with a picture of the location. It ended up being just the 3 of us so it was like a private tour. The trip up the mountain on the cog rail was very cool. It had snowed up there the weekend before so that made it even more beautiful! After we got back to Lucerne he offered to walk us around the city and show us really interesting places. He was so knowledgeable about the entire area of Lucerne. He made sure we got on the correct train back to Basel when we were done. He really went above and beyond to make our day in Lucerne awesome!!!

Amazing! - Phenomenal experience! Cable car up to the mountain and the views already made the tour worth it. Tour guide was great, one of our favorite parts of our Switzerland trip. Highly recommend!

A memorable day to end our vacation - This tour was the highlight of our vacation! We planned our Viking extension to Lucerne on our own. We had no problem meeting our guide who was early at the train station. We didn’t know we needed a bus pass from our Hotel but he worked out the issue.. The sun was shining once we were above the clouds! We loved the leisurely walking day.

Breath taking - Our guide put us in the best possible positions to view and experience each place that we've visited. Search beautiful views in the mountains. I would do the tour again.

My Pilatus and boat ride in Lucerne - Even though weather made view pretty bad, our guide Oscar was delightful, knowledgeable and made it a fun excursion. The cable cars were fun and the boat ride was very nice. He gave us choices of what we wanted to see on way to mountain and lake.

WOW, JUST WOW - Loved the tour! Our tour guide was attentive, knowledgeable and good with us and my daughters. Never felt rushed. Was understanding when my girls was to Stop for a restroom break or water break. The sites were breathtaking! MUST GO TO THIS EXCURSION!

Expensive tour to Mt Titlis and Lake Cruise!! - The visit on Mount Pilatus was enjoyable and our guide provided a lot of information. However, now I consider the amount paid for the tour as extremely expensive. Had we taken the same bus (public transport) used by the tour leader and bought tickets up the mountain and back, and tickets for the boat ride, we would have paid almost half the cost paid for this tour!
