Participants will sample four wines, each a distinguished representation of its region. The experience begins with a fresh and lively white wine, an elegant reflection of the area, designed to awaken the senses and prepare the palate for the red wines to follow. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with local products, chosen to highlight and complement the unique characteristics of each label. From gourmet treats to artisanal delights, every bite will invite guests to discover the richness and diversity of the region.

Enoteca Vanni, established in 1965 by the grandfather of the present owner, Paolo Petroni, is the oldest wine shop in Lucca. This exceptional venue offers a timeless experience where the rich history of wine blends seamlessly with the captivating ambiance of its underground cellars. Visitors can enjoy a distinctive sensory journey, featuring a sommelier-led tasting of four wines in the barrel-vaulted tasting room, surrounded by the extensive collection of bottles housed in the cellar.
