Great bike trip and picnic with local wine - We had a very fun trip and easy ride with the E bikes on the city wall and out along a river to an adorable picnic in a vineyard! Downloading the bike map app at the store beforehand took a little time but worth it as it gives you turn by turn directions.

Highly recommend this tour - Easy to find the bike rental and the e bikes made this trip fantastic. Nice easy route to cycle with only small inclines to navigate. A pretty ride for about an hour before we arrived at the picnic area. We had a guided tour and enjoyed hearing the history behind the vineyards. The picnic was brilliantly organised and we could choose to sit anywhere, there was plenty of seats. A short 20 minute ride back after spending time admiring the view with a cheeky glass of red. Highly recommended.

A fabulous thing to do in Lucca! - This was a fabulous afternoon. Good bikes, easy navigation and stunning countryside. The vineyard was charming and the host very knowledgeable and passionate about the place and its wines. Had a lovely, relaxed picnic in the olive grove right next to the vines then it was a short ride back. We found the navigation chews up the battery on our phone so maybe take a portable charger. All staff were great.

An experience not to be missed. - Amazing tour to the Tuscan Hills and a family owned vineyard. We hired the electric bikes which certainly helped with climbing the hills to the Vineyard. The bikes were new and very easy to use. We had a wonderful picnic under the olive trees surrounded by daisies. The wine was delicious and we bought a bottle to enjoy later. It was so nice to see more of the countryside and meet the Urbani family.

Perfecto! - It was amazing! The e-bikes were in great shape. The Tuscan countryside makes you feel like a movie. The vineyard and the owners were so nice and the wine was delicious. We ordered two cases to be shipped to our home in the US

Wonderful EBike ride and wine picnic! - We had a great time and the ride made easy with the fun to ride E-bikes! The scenery was beautiful by the River and the sunset sky coming back into Lucca was gorgeous! We loved the wine picnic and the setting in the vineyard. They are a small production 4th generation family run winery since 1894. We enjoyed the wine and bought a bottle for later. Definitely would recommend this tour!

A delightful afternoon biking and picnicking with friends - Our adventure started with the very helpful bike hire people. All sorted with bikes and instructions, we headed into Italian traffic (we may have not correctly navigated ourselves). We then found a pleasant, no-traffic path which lead us onto country road lanes, surrounded by beautiful villas. The tour and explanation of past and current wine-making techniques was interesting. We enjoyed the wine, picnic and bike trip back to base. A great way to see and experience rural Lucca.

Great experience - Highly recommended. Communication was excellent re explaining route and app Route was well thought out involving tracks and small sections of minor urban roads but nothing too difficult . Mainly flat with a couple of brief inclines. Vineyard was lovely with interesting explanation of wine production in a beautiful setting. E-Bikes were really good and included panniers, phone holders and puncture repair. Picnic was tasty with great wine with lovely views. Nothing not to like. Very close to Lucca. One hour there and 25 mins back. Took us 3 hours so we did a quick circle of the walls when we returned.

Bike ride - Confusion on the arrival about which trip we were on, we hadn’t been told you need to leave ID which has at the hotel Great E bikes, route easy and lovely and map for back up if phone app failed Vineyard lovely and the picnic better than I expected and lovely wine Young lady that took us round was informative Very enjoyable once we were sorted
