Excellent company - Unfortunately the trip was cancelled due to bad weather. However the company were very professional and called to explain before we left for the trip and ensured we got a full refund promptly. Whilst I cannot comment on the excursion, I can say that the company is outstanding in professionalism and and communication

Wonderful experience - Great experience, not for the faint hearted! The paddle is difficult but worth it for the experience. We saw dolphins and snorkelled with the fish! People need to realise that turtles are wild sea creatures and the company cannot guarantee where they will be, they are free to swim where they want and the huge boats mean that the wild sea creatures may not want to hang around! They provided all equipment and relevant information, and took photos which they sent to us the day of the excursion. We had a wonderful time, thank you Karen for a lovely experience 🥰 we loved it!

Ana and Xplore Tenerife provided a wonderful experience! - Ana was a fantastic guide ... very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly (and she speaks at least 4 languages) ! Her passion for the work and animals was evident. It was a bit windy that day, and she focused on safety with checks along the way. Be prepared for an adventurous workout and have a blast !

In love - We were absolutely in love with the dolphins and turtle that we saw during our tour… it was our last day in Tenerife and there is no way this could have been more perfect. Thanks to Guillaume for being so nice with us and so devoted by taking pictures and make us discovering the underwater life in there. Our group was great, the instructions clears and we have fun all along the 3hours spend together !

Kayaking with dolphins - 3h kayak ride where we had the chance to observe dolphins in their natural state! We then went snorkelling eg mask in the middle of the ocean. Ana a was great throughout the activity, very reassuring and accompanying and adapted to everyone’s pace. Thank you!

Good experience and tiring - Experience was good fun and we did see dolphins however no turtles in sight. Joel was unreal and had amazing English. Just a side note: this isn’t for the faint hearted and it is very tiring😂 ( coming from two 24 year olds)!

Thank you Carlos! - Avoid if you suffer with sea sickness! This was a great experience, however by 3pm when we headed out to sea in our kayaks, the sea was pretty choppy! We kayaked very far out (about 45mins) and then spent some time snorkelling. Sadly we saw no dolphins or turtles and then had to head back as a few of us were not feeling great. Big shout out to our guide Carlos who attached his kayak to ours (as I was very sick) and helped us back!

Poor information supplied at booking. Snorkelling yelled fish no turtles or dolphins. Long paddle for that.. - Trip average, lack of information on booking resulted in an 8km hard paddle with 3 people in kayak…no swimming with turtles.

to read before booking - We have started this activity very satisfactorily. After a period of 30 minutes at sea, we noticed the presence of people suffering from seasickness, we were forced to wait for them throughout the tour, and we could not take the route you paid for. We just waited on the others for half our excursion. After 1 hour at sea, we turned around and landed in the middle of nowhere. The teacher gave us the masks and snorkels. In 3 hours we were able to observe 3 fish. 15 minutes before, we met a monitor coming from much further away. He reported seeing large numbers of turtles and a dolphin. I am fully aware that the teacher is not responsible for this. We couldn't see the animals. It's nature, some are lucky, others are not. However, the itinerary mentions 'Cueva de los enamorados'. We didn't even see him in the distance. I therefore assume that when one pays for an execution. It is important to take account of the implementation proposals. book on get your Guide
