Amazing trip! - We did this trip with our 12 and 15 year olds. We all loved it. Excellently organised, amazingly knowledgable guides (Kieran and Craig) in both astronomy and Tenerife. Fantastic information given from guides who were clearly passionate about and interested in what they were talking about. Saw lots of ”wow” sights through the telescopes. Sunset spot was amazing. Food was good. Everything ran seamlessly which made it a relaxed and fun trip. Our 15 year old said it was one of the best trips - if not THE best trip - she’d ever done.

Incredible experience for all ages not to be missed - Another amazing experience with Kieran and the team from Night Skies. We never do the same trip two years in a row but this an incredible excursion that all the family enjoyed and requested again. I couldn't recommend this company enough as the attention to detail and value for money was outstanding. Craig is a wealth of knowledge about Tenerife and his photography is second to none. Fantastic, Informative Star Gazing 1st Class - Amazing experience, very well organised from pick up to drop off, the restaurant food was lovely and included drinks, got to the sunset viewing and this included Cava or juice, it was amazing, then onto the star gazing we were shown rhe planets by laser and even saw the space station and satellites passing over oh and a few shooting stars thrown in a lot of WOW moments. Craig, Keiron and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable and passionate about making sure everyone has an enjoyable time and learnt about the stars, Zodiac signs and planets. Even if your not into astronomy or star gazing this trip is a MUST. Thank you for a brilliant evening.

The most incredible opportunity. Worth every penny! - Incredible opportunity, such good value for money and a one of a kind experience! Pick up was prompt and straightforward, we were kept updated and reminded through text about our pick up. The tour up Tiede was amazing with incredible views and a lovely and welcoming guide with much to tell. Our meal was great with a couple different options food and drink wise. The sunset was beautiful and the stargazing was out of this world. Our guides gave us a lot of information about the stars we were looking at, everyone got a look through the telescopes and there were guides who gave the tour in different languages so very inclusive! The company took many photos through the night and a couple specifically of you and your group which were included in the price and made it even more memorable and worth what you pay! 10/10 experience! 1000% recommend this to anyone visiting Tenerife, a perfect nighttime activity!

Amazing experience - Booked this trip for my boyfriend’s birthday and he absolutely loved it. The whole thing was well organised with a text on the day of our exact pick up time. The food was ok, basic but did the job. We saw a beautiful sunset before the stargazing experience, which was amazing. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and they really took their time to answer questions and thoroughly explained what we were looking at through the telescopes, the trip didn’t feel rushed at all, the hot chocolate was also a lovely surprise! I saw a lot more stars than I thought I would and we were lucky to see 5 shooting stars throughout the night too. I felt it was very good value for money as well, I would highly recommend

Wonderful experience - We had an amazing time,we saw the most beautiful sunset and viewing the stars was beyond our expectations. We had a great guide Craig the gave us very useful information and was very friendly and nice.

A beautiful night! - We had such a wonderful time on our sunset and stargazing experience. From the beginning, pick-up was timely, warm and welcoming and on a quality coach. Even before this, communication from Kieran in the days prior to the experience to ensure we had everything we needed, had been spot on. We massively enjoyed the coach ride commentary by Craig, it was the perfect mix of information and humour. We love learning more about the history, geography and wildlife of the places we visit and this scratched that itch for us. As we drove away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area in to the mountains, you could feel yourself relaxing and we were treated to beautiful views on the ride. The restaurant we pulled in to is small and very friendly. I have a nut allergy and had fully prepared myself to not be able to eat on the excursion but the staff were excellent at ensuring my food was okay for me, I was able to have the main of chicken and potatoes with salad but not the dessert of chocolate mousse, which was no problem. The staff kindly offered me some alternatives and I accepted one of these. For this alone, it is 5*s as it meant so much to me to be catered and cared for. Thank you! We then made our way on to the sunset viewing point where you are offered a flute of sparkles should you wish and have plenty of time to have a wander around, take photos and take in the scenery. The views were genuinely beautiful and felt special to have the opportunity to see. Seeing the two other islands on the horizon and the summit of Mount Teide bathed in pink sunlight before dusk set in was wonderful. We then moved on to the stargazing spot, where telescopes are pre-set up and the rest of the night skies gang are getting things ready. We were kept informed every step of the way as to what was going on. Kieran largely took over here and his enthusiasm for the night sky was infectious, it was a pleasure listening to him talk about what we could see both with the naked eye and through the scopes, again with a great blend of humour and information. He gladly answered our questions when we looked through the scope, which we had to try and keep short otherwise we could have been chatting to him all night about our curiosities! We looked at four objects through the telescopes, three of which were deep space, meaning they were black/white and a little grainy but this really didn't detract from the experience, especially when you were given the information to accompany what you were looking at, it was truly awe-inspiring to consider. When you weren't looking through the telescope you were stood under a vast twinkling blanket of beautiful stars that you could appreciate with the naked eye, and I saw at least 5 shooting stars! Hot chocolate was offered as a lovely little surprise to keep you going, coats were also available if you needed them but the temperature was mild. The laser pointers used to guide us across the night sky were excellent and really helped you engage with what you were looking at. Truly, I can't fault the experience what so ever. Well, perhaps Craig might have taken some alternative photos with the flash off so I didn't look like a sweaty red disco ball when I saw them back.. but other than that ;) Perfection! But seriously, thank you all, keep up the amazing work, nice guys Tenerife ;)

Absolutely incredible - This trip was absolutely phenomenal! The staff are genuine astronomy enthusiasts and they’re incredibly knowledgable (as well as friendly). The trip itself is very well organised, too, and the coach arrived bang on time. We even had a delightful sightseeing tour en route. There’s the choice of pork, chicken or a vegetarian option for the meal. We had chicken and it was very enjoyable. The first drink is also included (beer, wine or soft drink) and you also get a free glass of cava or juice while watching the sunset. The sunset and stargazing are nothing short of breathtaking. We were honestly lost for words at the incredible views. This was honestly a trip that we will never forget! It’s 100% worth every penny and you won’t be disappointed.
